A very warm welcome and a very good home-cooked meal
Basic amenities for a 3-star hotel, including breakfast. No elevator. No electric kettle in the room. On the plus side, the bedding was excellent and the room was clean. The staff were welcoming and responsive. We only stayed one night, perhaps not long enough to provide a more comprehensive review.
Incredible welcome and service. Perfect after a long drive and sleeping at the foot of the Alps. I'll be back next year.

Perfect, but it's a shame that a birthday party at the restaurant disturbed the tranquility of our early evening!
The food and service were very good. The room was average and cool. There was no heating in the bathroom. A hot drink in the room in the evening would have been appreciated.

The level of service has been declining with each visit. The final straw here was that the rooms weren't cleaned for two nights, unless you paid for it! Until now, only the towel change had been an issue. The reason given was environmental concerns—apparently, making a bed isn't environmentally friendly! The hairdryer didn't work and smelled of heat, a fire hazard. There was only one extra pillow and one extra blanket. The air conditioning was very noisy, and there were no instructions on how to turn it off; I had to fumble around to figure it out. The parking garage door wasn't open at 9:00 AM!
A very convient location just off the autoroute. Well run, clean and with a very nice restaurant and perfect for a stop-over.

Not a generous breakfast. Hotel very noisy around 6 a.m., probably cleaning some rooms (feeling of furniture being pulled onto the floor).

Good location, clean, tidy, welcoming. Shame they never read my needs on the booking form (accessibility/wheelchair user), but staff worked well to ratify on arrival and changed rooms. Thankyou.

Very good, I recommend this hotel. There was a problem accessing it with the GPS.
Despite the geographical location, the room is quiet and the bedding is very comfortable. The restaurant...everything was delicious, I really enjoyed it.
Good but a few disappointments; such as the noise of the door between the entrance and the rooms; from 6am onwards, the door slammed shut every time someone passed by, going back and forth, and our room was close to this door? What a shame.

We were greeted with great professionalism and kindness. We had been here before and will be back with great pleasure.
I need someone to explain the logic of having the air conditioning set to 25 degrees and a warm duvet. In the end, we're very hot and only get a mediocre night's sleep.
The air conditioning in the room is not adjustable. The evening meal service was very slow (2.5 hours) for a set menu.
A not-so-pleasant smell in the room. The shower door was broken. The breakfast was paltry compared to its excessive price...
We were welcomed with great kindness and a rare sense of hospitality.

The cleanliness, welcome, and breakfast were perfect, but unfortunately, my two nights were very uncomfortable due to the heat in room #28 (30 degrees Celsius), the broken air conditioning (I tried several times), the lack of air circulation in the room, and the impossibility of opening the window because of the loud noise from the highway, the constant noise of the hotel's ventilation system, and swarms of insects because of a spotlight on the facade very close to the window. A real shame. This room should be avoided at this time of year.

Perfect
I find the price of €107 per night a bit expensive considering the hotel's star rating and location. Admittedly, it's the only hotel in Montmélian, but a room at €85 or €90 seems more reasonable compared to all the other hotels I've stayed in. I didn't have time to mention it this morning, but the shower head in room 7 could use replacing. Otherwise, thank you for the welcome, the restaurant, the cleanliness, and the comfort; it's a very good, well-run, and maintained hotel.
