Je n'ai absolument pas vu, au moment de la réservation, que le tarif n'était pas éligible au programme de fidélité. C'est TRES décevant, pour l'un des rares hotels parisiens logis. Du coup, le rapport qualité prix est DECEVANT. Dommage, l'hôtel est bien.

4 mouchoirs dans la boite et shampooing vide à l'arrivée
TV bloquée très bas en niveau sonore
Pas assez de monnaie pour rendre suite au paiement demandé à l'arrivée, donc la personne me demande si cela ne me gène pas de payer 2 centimes de plus...non pas de soucis, mais c'est moyen
NOUS AVONS TOUJOURS BEAUCOUP DE PLAISIR A PASSER NOS WEEK-END CHEZ VOUS !
