This family-run inn with its Michelin-starred restaurant is a haven of peace, masterfully managed by Guillaume and Sébastien who, surrounded by a professional, warm, and dedicated team, transform the pleasures of dining into a magical moment and your stay into luminous memories! Our heartfelt connection with the Auberge de Frankenbourg began more than twelve years ago, and with each visit, we feel compelled to award another star to this exceptional hotel.
A journey to heaven...The Grand Tasting menu is an ode to perfection and the selection of wines by the glass, simply a beautiful adventure.

A truly wonderful hotel with an excellent restaurant. The "airy" sliding doors to the toilet and shower are unfortunately not ideal. There could also be more storage space/cabinets.
We had a wonderful time in this newly decorated establishment. The staff was extremely attentive to our every wish to make our stay as memorable as possible. Dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant was simply magical. I recommend it without hesitation. Thank you to the entire Mr. Buecher team.

Very nice, quiet hotel, superior room 12 with a sophisticated design. The bedding is more than average and should be changed so that you no longer feel like you're sleeping in a toilet. No welcome upon arrival, even if you let us know in advance, because it's a public holiday? That's surprising! Breakfast was okay, nothing special, with very professional and attentive staff... thank you. The restaurant definitely deserves its star... well done!

Our words in Hôtel Frankenbourg were fantastic. This is a slaapkamer and a prachtige badkamer. He was happy and the dinner was very inventive.
A very nice hotel with a very warm welcome and well-trained staff, which is unfortunately rare these days. Excellent food, which is extremely good value for money for its quality. As the standard rooms are a bit small, we would choose a different room category next time. Small flaw, but not fixable: the stairs to the rooms are steep.
Sehr, sehr zu empfehlen. Zimmer 1A++, Frühstück 1A+++, sehr freundlicher und lieber Empfang. No problem with Abendessen :)
