A very pleasant surprise! We received a very warm welcome from the young man upon our arrival yesterday, as well as from the lady upon our departure this morning. The room was lovely, tastefully decorated, and the bathroom had a large bathtub. Nothing but positive points.
A wonderful find, excellent value for money. Just one small comment about the room temperature: it was cold, and even after turning up the heating, I was still cold for a good part of the night.
Disappointing. We arrived during the Christmas period (it was cold), and the room wasn't heated: the only radiator in the room was off. We arrived around 5 pm and had to wait until halfway through the night for the room to be warmed up. Family room: our ground-floor room directly faced two walls (just one meter away): zero light and an extremely depressing view. The price was reasonable, but we probably won't be back.

Very warm welcome, great staff. Pleasant room, fairly large bathroom (missing a socket for an electric toothbrush or razor).
Nice little hotel with parking but not closed, a hotel a little out of the city center very good for the tranquility. A pleasant welcome and a nice room with a small terrace. We ate at the restaurant of this one the full menu not really a big choice one dish land and another sea!! The quantity and quality are correct. The decoration of the whole hotel and room is of good quality and modern as well as clean. We will come back because good value for money.

Very noisy hotel. No insulation. Our room overlooked the parking lot and was above the kitchens. Very noisy until 11:30 p.m. Very small room, cramped bathroom. Considering installing air conditioning would not be a luxury. The room was not very clean (photos to support this). A 3-star hotel should offer rooms of a different standard.

Friendly staff, but noisy rooms and meal times should be indicated when booking on the website. I left without breakfast, and the same for dinner upon arrival. Admittedly, it was a Sunday evening, so it wasn't easy to manage... but that's also true for travelers unfamiliar with the area. The room was very clean and cool despite the 30-degree heat during the day, which was much appreciated.

We booked a room whose lock hadn't worked for a long time (according to the staff). Downgraded to a smaller one with a non-significant discount, we nevertheless had a pleasant stay in Brittany. The evening of our arrival we took the menu displayed, really passable. As for breakfast, the most simplistic of the LOGIS HOTEL establishments that we have been able to visit.

The room was very well equipped and clean, however the quality of the food left something to be desired; the produce was not at all fresh (especially the salad) and of very poor quality. I am used to eating in hotel accommodations and will not be returning.
We were disappointed by the "slate" which was identical for both evening meals (no change in the suggestions).

The bedding was very good. The only downsides were a faulty sink mixer tap; there was no cold water at all, only hot and very hot water. The noise from the plumbing in the neighboring rooms was quite intrusive, especially when the occupants of the next room took a shower at 6:00 AM and you were planning to wake up at 7:00 AM... At least we weren't late with our schedule. (I was in room 201).

The decor is lovely overall, however the soundproofing needs improvement; it's impossible to sleep, you can hear your neighbor morning and night. Horrible! The walls are as thin as cigarette paper!

The meal was not up to the previous comments. For example, a gizzard salad transformed into a salad with cooked ham. A Milanese escalope served with a low-end tomato sauce... There may have been a problem that day... The hotel is too poorly soundproofed for my taste. And the cleanliness is borderline acceptable... The staff is very pleasant
