A very beautiful place with soul and charm. The rooms are cozy, clean, typical and comfortable. The restaurant is very good, very good quality dishes, very pleasant service, all the staff took great care to ensure that our stay was pleasant from the aperitif in the small lounge to dinner. Very correct breakfast. It is good to live in this establishment, for a first in this region it is a real success, we were 3 couples we will come back with great pleasure

Hotel with decent comfort. Room very good, however bedding (width 1M40) a little tight and mattress needs to be reviewed. Wifi almost nil in the room. The rest ok. Restaurant the quality of the products and the presentation of the dishes are impeccable especially from Wednesday. The service in the dining room is not the best. A waitress from Eastern countries, although devoted, does not understand French properly and this leads to errors between the order and the serving of the dishes.

We have been going to this hotel for over 30 years. Now, more swimming pool, more sauna, but not cheaper. No more lounge chairs by the pool either. Fortunately, the restaurant remains very good.
Charming hotel at first glance, in the restaurant I was placed on a small table with people at the table behind me who went back and forth behind me, hitting my chair each time, it's not comfortable. The menu was presented to me incomplete without telling me what the ingredient was, the same for the appetizer which was not presented to me at all. My table neighbors were not better served than me. Are stopover evenings sidelined? If this is the case, it is better not to offer one. In the room, not enough electrical outlets and the bed creaks!

Nice, simple hotel near Kaysersberg. A lot is being done to the older buildings. The rooms are spacious, renovated and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. It is quiet and relaxing. Very good restaurant with reasonable prices and nice menus. Good Alsatian wine selection! Attentive and friendly staff. The breakfast includes everything you could wish for, delicious croissants, pain chocolat, cheese, ham, fruit, cereal, delicious coffee and so on. Really more than good for this price! Free parking in the courtyard. And don't forget the cute black hotel cat that greets guests on the terrace 😃
The overnight stay was good, the room was sufficient, the bed was a bit too soft. We also chose this hotel because of its restaurant category. Unfortunately, the food did not meet that standard.

We stayed one night to walk in the Vosges woods. Room 106 was very nice and clean. Large and clean bathroom. We had a very good dinner. Excellent service and very kind staff. At the end of dinner the chef passed through all the tables. All very pleasant indeed.

The staff is super nice. The breakfast is very hearty. Only good things to taste. The bedding is very good, we appreciated the air conditioning in our room. However, we did not have a lift as indicated in the description of the hotel. If I have to come back to Alsace, I would come back with pleasure. The boss is great as well as the staff.
