Un hôtel authentique avec une âme et une histoire comme il n’en existe plus beaucoup malheureusement
Cuisine succulente, service très professionnel et agréable. C'est mon établissements N°1 dans mon top 5. Chambres tres propres et spacieuses.
Soirée étape : très bon rapport qualité prix. L’accueil parfait. Grande chambre, grande salle de bain avec tout ce qu’il faut. Bon wifi pour travailler. Environnement calme.

Too bad there is no air conditioning, although useful only a few days a year. Room facing south, so stifling heat.
We have been customers since 1980... Always Mr. and Mrs. Raffin who welcome us: a real miracle. Their dining room is unique: a monument. Also their meals: traditional cuisine of the highest level. you have to choose the Bresse chicken. Every time when we leave, we think: it was our last time. But no: the Raffin couple is eternal. A big thank-you !

Honestly, I'm disappointed with this establishment. The village, the house, the location is perfect. The photos of the place, the testimonials were full of promise. We were received by an extremely reserved gentleman, on the defensive, with a touch of condescension. He gave us the usual information, but in a disillusioned tone. As if this gentleman was tired of repeating the same words for years and that we were too many customers. We discovered our room, the bathroom and the toilets which were perfect. The room is clean and spacious. The high ceilings and outdated decor have a certain charm. We expected it. We chose this hotel for that. Following the rave reviews read on your site, we reserved a table for the evening. Reassured by numerous articles and other distinctions displayed throughout the establishment praising the chef's gastronomic know-how, I chose the €40 menu and my wife the vegetarian one. A real disaster that borders on the malicious act, see the scam. My sweetbreads were cold. Their consistencies ranged from rubbery to gooey. All bathed in a tasteless sauce. The tournedos with wine sauce was basic without any expertise. Not season. No aromatics. Only wine that has deglazed the cooking juice. It was accompanied by a gratin dauphinois in its cassolette which must have been 40 gr to break everything. Scandal. Finally, I had cheese. It was served on the plate. 3 miserable pieces of 10 gr each. A scam. My wife couldn't eat her dish; goat cheese ravioli. Inedible. Some ravioli tasted like cardboard. As if they had been forgotten in a fridge. I didn't make a scene because this meal was important for our couple. We decided to laugh about it. Breakfast was of the same ilk. Disgusting frozen croissant, undercooked. And frozen bread reheat in the oven. Nothing surprising when you consider the "gastronomic" quality of the bosses. Last remark. The boss warned us that the evening meal was served between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. and breakfast between 7:45 a.m. and 9 a.m. Office hours that do not coincide at all with holiday schedules. In conclusion: this headteacher should change jobs or hand over to real professionals.

100-year-old French hotel, with an equally old staircase, room with many antiques, good bed, renovated bathroom where nothing is missing, where you can eat delicious food (many French locals also dine here), in short, a real French conclusion to the holiday!
