Great apartment, the shower is a bit small for a large person.
This isn't a hotel for people used to chain hotel standards. The welcome was very friendly, and the price was quite reasonable. Perfect for an overnight stay.
Good hotel, very friendly owner
The common areas are not very clean. In the bathroom: the toilet bowl was loose, the dryer was not working and was covered in dust. The shower walls were covered in a layer of limescale, the spa function of the shower was not working.
Hotel a little old but the cleanliness and welcome were perfect
Pontorson is a slightly run down town with little alternative to eat or sleep well. Fortunately this place is simple, clean and nice. Good food.

Hotel in disrepair: no light in the room. Towels still wet. Room dirty. Tape to hold the roller shutter. Bread frozen and completely hard.

Very good restaurant, good and well served, noisy room because old, poorly insulated especially against outside noise
Hotel since 1948. It's remained as it was on the day it opened. Old furniture, stair access with a visible toilet always open, zero reception, towels dating back to the First World War. Filthy walls, shower with cracked floor. A disgrace. Inspect rooms 6 and 1 to see for yourself.
The only slight drawback is the stairs to get to the rooms. They're a bit steep.
Pleasant stay in this small hotel with old-fashioned charm. Welcoming staff who were attentive to our requests. Good food, comfortable beds, and a clean room. We might come back!
Way overpaid for the condition of the room and hotel in comparison to other stays we had in the area. Extremely outdated decor and felt the filth from the floor and in the stairs both in common area and room. The walls as well were covered with long dated unwashed dirt. Lighting in the room was poor. The person at the reception was very accomodating and polite. Pontorson is far from Mont St-Michel, buses run too rarely (require a car), on a Sunday walking 7KM is more efficient. Skip this location if travelling by trrain and close to the station and go to the Beauvoir area if going to Mont St-Michel.
Very poor accommodation. Very close to the attic for the room. Faded paint, extra bed leaning against a partition, shower cubicle of an old age, cracked and door not closing. The whole room was unworthy...
Whilst the decor is dated & a bit shabby, the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful .
2nd floor wasn’t ideal but we managed.
However, the evening meal was excellent, and as included in the Demi-pension deal, was excellent value and made our brief stay.

We came with our dog to visit Mont Saint Michel and we particularly appreciated the warm welcome at the hotel, which kept its kitchens open so we could dine. The fish on the 14-euro menu was excellent. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Good value for money, plus a helpful host. Thank you for the great stay.
I only stayed at this hotel once... the food was very good, even though I'm a former chef... The welcome at reception was very organized. The dining room service is still getting used to it for me... this Easter weekend there were a lot of people in the evening. I recommend this establishment and I'll be going back.
