Petit hotel local en bord de mer, super sympathique.
Parking privé pour les clients est un atout majeur, surtout en période estivale.
Nice people good hotel excellent location perferct parking
Gut: Parkplatz & Lage. Schlecht: völlig überteuert. Wir hatten Zimmer 14, sehr ungünstig geschnitten: winziger Schlafraum zugunsten des Bads reduziert. Dies reklamierten wir nach erster Nacht ( Hotel war nur spärlich belegt). Reaktion: kein Zimmerwechsel möglich, nur bei Buchung einer teueren Alternative. Da wir insgesamt 3 Nächte gebucht hatten, waren wir über das wenig kundenfreundliche, nur am eigenen Profit orientierte Denken sehr enttäuscht. Für Logishotels bewegt sich das Haus am untersten Rand, was man bei der Buchung von Logishotels ansonsten erwartet.

Very well located hotel, pleasant welcome, easy parking with private parking. Renovated room, clean and functional. The downside: the soundproofing, you can hear walking and talking above

The hotel's location is perfect if you want to be on the beach quickly. The two ladies who run the hotel are very friendly and authentic. The quality of the products at the breakfast buffet is top-notch. Every area of the hotel is kept immaculately clean.

Beautiful hotel very close to the beach. It was a bit difficult to access by car (the first time) due to restrictions on some of the town's streets. The hotel parking sign indicates a garage entrance that isn't there, and at the end, you can see it farther down. A lovely room with maritime details and friendly staff.

Small hotel in a great location, close to the beach and the city center but away from the noise of the city center's nightlife. Perfect welcome, newly renovated room, ours had a sea view, very nice, but no air conditioning.
Cons: Room not air-conditioned, no sea view as advertised, damaged parquet flooring. Bedding. Pros: Reception, parking, location at the foot of the beach.
Nice near the sea, good welcome, breakfast with everything you need, we had the fishermen's cabin next to the hotel, cute, independent and quiet, Thanks, see you next time.
It has no air conditioning or fan. It's hard to sleep on hot days. The toilet seems too high for children. The mattress was very soft.

Very well located hotel on the beach with a very warm welcome. Very clean hotel and a perfectly perfect breakfast! A pure delight! No air conditioning in the rooms so how can I tell you that the nights are very very complicated during very hot weather. Very noisy location with lots of traffic. Our room was next to the night access door so the door slammed all night. Soundproofing not great, you can hear people above walking or turning on the water. For us, it was a bad choice of hotel and I do not recommend it in high season.

We will have a very fond memory of our first visit to Mimizan Landes. The hotel, the welcome, the comfort of the room, the proximity to the beach, the restaurants, a wide selection of meals in easy-to-choose locations. Shops selling clothing, souvenirs, decorations, tastings of local products, and bars to quench your thirst. The very large golden sand beach without rocks or pebbles.
Well-located hotel on the beach, good bedding, pleasant staff, and a generous breakfast. The soundproofing still needs to be improved... and the shower has no pressure.
