Very nice hotel and pleasant restaurant
A very pleasant stay in Mont Roland, which I look forward to returning to whenever possible.
Wonderful location. Clean and comfortable.
The room should be checked before beding Renten out. There were several beetles in room and bathroom. But this is the only criticism!
The heating system in the bedroom and bathroom in March, with evenings and mornings around 2-3°C, is not pleasant.
An unusual place where you immediately feel at home. Quality food without any frills. Breathtaking view. Complete lunch. The place inspires calm and serenity, making it well worth a visit. I will definitely be back.

A charming yet modern hotel in a great location with beautiful views of Dôle and the surrounding countryside. The village itself is lovely, with pleasant walks. The welcome is warm and the staff attentive. Half-board is available. The evening meals are good, with a wide selection of regional wines. Excellent value for money. A wonderful discovery and, coming from Belgium, highly recommended for a stopover on the way south to the ski resorts, etc., as it's close to the motorway.
I arrived late, but after some phone conversations, I knew someone would be there to greet me. The hotel is located 5 minutes by car from the center of Dole, in the middle of the countryside in a quiet and very pleasant location.
Cimfortable overnight stop; enjoyed the evening meal and breakfast.

A very warm welcome, excellent food, both dinner and breakfast. The rooms are simple but spacious, with comfortable beds. A lovely area for walks, and dogs are welcome. I highly recommend it.

€20 in taxes for a dog for two days, no services whatsoever, not even a water bowl – it's truly unacceptable! Furthermore, the bathroom was the worst I've seen since the 80s... Dirty towels and a dirty shower curtain too.

Satisfied with this very clean hotel. The restaurant was very good with great staff. A little disappointed the last two times with the breakfast selection – not much choice in sweets (brioche, cake, rusks) – which was the case previously.
The mattress is wrecked. There are things lying around in the hallways. The service at the restaurant is unprofessional.
A car breakdown forced us to spend a night here and then a second night by choice. Accommodation exceptionally comfortable in terms of a really superb mattress and nice pillows; so comfortable - not something always easy to find even in more expensive hotels. The shower was great - non-slip enough to be able to go barefoot rather than in flip-flops, good shower head and plenty of space in the well-maintained and pristine cubicle. The room was warm on a very cold night and in the summer would have been lovely with its charming terrace. Dinner was superb with excellent wine and dishes of local produce; and in the morning there was a delicious choice of things for continental breakfast. I imagine in the summer it's a wonderful walking area in a glorious countryside location with sweeping views downhill and a great terrace on which to have drinks. We would definitely stay here again purely for pleasure.

This Logis hotel boasts an ideal location and a remarkable team, demonstrating exemplary professionalism. The food is of excellent quality, both in terms of the flavors offered and the service. The only slight drawback concerns the lack of discretion of a neighboring guest, whose door slams could be heard through the wall. This is more a matter of courtesy than a problem with the establishment itself. In any case, I highly recommend this hotel, whether for an overnight stay or a longer holiday.
We go there several times a year and we are never disappointed.
The staff at the hotel were lovely, and we really enjoyed our evening meal.
The room on arrival was very cold as the window had been left open, and the temperature outside was below freezing. We moved to another room (18) which was very noisy making sleeping difficult.

We ate and slept very well, very dog-friendly.
Overall, a decent establishment! However, the staff does not have the skills required to manage this type of hotel. After two fire alarms during the night, where NO ONE took responsibility for removing guests, room by room, as a safety measure, it is difficult for us to give a positive review!!! We nevertheless welcome the breakfasts offered the next day.

Det är andra gången vi bor här. Mount Roland är en fantastisk plats för den som tycker om vackra miljöer. Vi valde att stanna två nätter denna gång vi och våra hundra välkomnas med öppna armar. Restaurangen är fantastisk både kött fisk och fågel är gott och vinet är underbart. Vi kommer att återvända.

Charming welcome, everything is done to ensure everything goes smoothly. Despite our late arrival time, we were offered a "small" plate of charcuterie, in fact literally gargantuan! Comfortable room, with small but well-appointed bathroom. To sum up, one of the best value for money I have ever experienced! Congratulations to the entire team at this hotel! NB: The rating for ease of access should be attributed to the GPS which misled me...
Old style hotel, requiring modernization work, especially the bathroom, broken lock, bathtub, water floods the bathroom, the drainage does not work well, the decoration is from another age, the bedding is not bad, access to the rooms by the stairs is not easy.

Very Nice location and friendly staff. The hotel is simple but very clean and comfy. It is possible to have dinner which was simple but delicious. If you bring a dog the place is very suitable with very dog friendly staff, you could bring the dog to the restaurant and the surroundings are perfect for long walks.

This is the perfect place to stay with our dog. For us, it offers a very good meal and a comfortable bed.

A stunning location! Dinner and breakfast were great and the service very good. I had a room with a balcony which was lovely. If you have dogs it is a perfect place to stay and explore. Parking on site.
Kids love the Harry Potter room and the late night swim.

We had a great stay at the Chalet du Mont Roland. The room was very clean, air-conditioned, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for a good night's sleep. The restaurant is simply excellent, with tasty and well-presented dishes. Special mention to the staff, who were truly warm and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which we unfortunately couldn't use because it was closed due to a strong wind that blew leaves inside. The location is ideal: quiet, yet well-situated for exploring the region. A great place to stay that we recommend without hesitation!
Lack of cleanliness and comfort. Bad odors in the rooms. Trolleys with dirty plates are lying around the hotel reception. This doesn't make you want to come back. It's a shame because the location and staff are pleasant.

One downside... inattention on my part. Dinner + breakfast, one could pay attention when a single person is waiting at the entrance of the restaurant. I preferred to eat elsewhere. A place to recommend...

A rural setting, a few kilometers from Dole. We really appreciated the welcome and humor of the owner, despite our late arrival. The fresh salad was very pleasant and the swimming pool refreshing.

This was our third time there, always as a stopover on our way south. The rooms were great, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was unbeatable.

One staff member was VERY rude. It was not even possible to clarify the situation with him. Of course he didn't even thought about apologizing. This behavior is not acceptable! I talked to his superior who apologized and she was polite so i will not leave a comment on google for the moment.

Everything went well until the final moment: the hotel manager, at least I suppose so, at the time of payment, visibly could not bear that my wife answered in our name and was then mocking and on the verge of impertinence: "Madame had 1 breakfast?" answer: "yes", "so 2 I suppose?", "yes, of course", "Madame perhaps wants to check the statement?", "yes", "perhaps you also want to do my monthly accounts?", "No, but as I was a math teacher, I like to check the invoice", "it's always nice to see that the customer has confidence..." You will admit that this is not a speech that one can expect! And a few minutes before, this manager was getting angry on the phone with a woman who was asking him to confirm her reservation of 8 rooms. I think this gentleman is very misogynistic and strongly advise single ladies not to go to this establishment.

Zum 3 Mal, diesmal enttäuscht, verkehrtes Zimmer, atart gebuchtes dür 4 Personen nur ein sehr kleines Doppelzimmer, allerdings nur eine Nachtlichtlampe, die Suachkabine war zu kleun, keine Ablage für einen Koffer, kein Kleiderschrank sondern ein kleines offenes Regal, das Zimmer war nicht abschließbar.

A wonderful surprise. This hotel is located in a beautiful location, perfectly quiet, and offers excellent value for money. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the bedding comfortable. The full breakfast was served in a very bright room. We went there almost by chance, but if we ever return to Dole, this is where we'll stay.
