It would have been wiser to ask us to change rooms, especially since we were not full, and would have even had the possibility of upgrading you given the inconvenience, rather than waiting to be able to carry out your little personal revenge, which only aims to lower our average, given that all the lights are green for us. In addition, the establishment having been open for 25 years, this is the first time that such a remark has been made to us. The stars of a hotel are given according to very precise specifications.

Aggressive manager upon arrival who doesn't even say hello but shouts at them because they arrived too early (3 p.m.). A minimum of politeness before explaining that the room isn't ready (which it wasn't) would be more appropriate...
A beautiful setting, full of little places to sit and relax in the garden. A spacious room. Beautifully designed spaces throughout the hotel. An excellent breakfast. A very warm welcome from the owner. A nice parking area. We recommend it.
