Top-notch staff
A warm welcome at this “off the beaten track” hotel. The rooms are on the small side, but the quirky public rooms are a joy. The dining room is stylish and the food superb. The staff couldn’t be more helpful.
The welcome, meals, breakfast, and pool and spa area were perfect.

An exceptional experience. From the moment you step inside, you know it's going to be wonderful. The warm welcome confirms our first impression. Dinner is perfect: fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor… The service is efficient, friendly, and pleasant. The decor is striking because it's unusual, but very well done.

A truly exceptional hotel! Our themed accommodation was great, and the restaurant even better. The evening meal was (in my opinion) better than michelin starred. Even a special wine dispencer was used to get the temperature and oxidation of the wine perfect. We used as a stop over on the way back from Barcelona to the UK, and hadn't expected this, and was very pleasantly suprised. I wish my french had been better to relay my appeciation. It will be for next time.....

Great people, lovely place, amazing wines and food
For technical reasons, we were unable to stay at this hotel, but the day before I was notified and upgraded to the nearby Château d'Orfeuillette (4*). So, impeccable service. Very warm and welcoming, very cozy and comfortable room in a magnificent setting. Gourmet restaurant with local products very well cooked and presented. Very professional and friendly service. Excellent stopover in Lozère.
Originality and good quality
Very good stopover on the Spain-Paris route. Very warm welcome from the team, particularly sensitive to Philippe's joviality! Excellent dinner prepared by the inventive chef, beautiful short but original and quality menu, joyful end of the evening around the billiards and table football. Original and cozy decoration of the themed rooms. Top heated swimming pool. We will come back. Downside: lack of elevator but the staff made up for it! Thank you.

Excellent welcome. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Refined restaurant. I totally recommend this place, which also has a beautiful swimming pool. Small negative point: there is no towel rack or hook in the bathroom for towels. Excellent stay for us!!

But what an extraordinary hotel!!! An oasis in the middle of the desert! I regret not having stayed there for several days. The setting, the welcome, the decor, the comfort... everything was perfect. As for the restaurant, it's worth a semi-gastro for a very reasonable price. Thank you again for your welcome and your professionalism!
An unusual hotel with charming staff
Superb hotel, the staff is very welcoming and attentive, the breakfast is excellent. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. Unfortunately, with climate change, even at this altitude there are heat waves. Having discussed this with the staff, this is being considered.

A very pleasant hotel, the entire staff was excellent, the evening meal was fabulous and very elaborate, and the continental breakfast was excellent. The only downside was the room we had had pipe leaks. Other than that, everything was very good.

Excellent food, warm welcome, although I was less enthusiastic about the hotel's decor. The pool was a good size for relaxing after a long drive.
The establishment is in need of some maintenance and renovation. There are several areas for improvement: nothing to block out the sunlight from the outside lights, and no towel hook in the bathroom. Among other things. In the spa/pool/hammam area: some wooden slats are missing or fragile, there are leaks in the shower, the spa's cleanliness needs improvement, and the toilets have no water. On the plus side: the staff are very friendly and attentive, the location is good, and it's good value for money.

Superb hotel with a slightly vintage atmosphere. Everything was very clean, the rooms are very comfortable, the room with the billiards table is cozy, the breakfast is great and the restaurant too. Not to mention the welcome from Camille who was great with us! The Spa is a marvel, having booked it in advance we had it all to ourselves for 1h50! I highly recommend the experience. Thanks again for this weekend!
