A very warm welcome on Saturday. Simple but excellent food made with homemade products. The room is very clean and the bedding is top-notch! We felt right at home.

Very warm welcome in this hotel located in the Basque country. Quiet environment and splendid view. The evening menu at 25 euros is full of flavors and garden produce. The hotel team is very professional and friendly. We had a very good stay.
Wonderful hotel with a homely welcome
The room was adequate, and the restaurant and breakfast were very good. They used good local produce. The only downside was the somewhat "distant" reception.

Beautiful hotel. Very warm welcome and excellent chef. We had a great time. Breakfast was well stocked and complete with local products, including honey and yogurts. Just one small downside for the triple room: it would be wise to have a small individual bedside lamp for the single bed. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, we will come back with great pleasure.
A magical little hotel. The views and atmosphere were lovely. The highlight was our evening meal which was amazing - a short menu, but vegetarian choices available - and they were delicious! It meant a lot to me that I was catered for as a vegetarian here.

A beautiful hotel with pleasant staff but disappointing because our room had nothing to do with these beautiful photos on the website. A tiny room with 3 beds while there were only two of us under the roof without air conditioning just a fan with an infernal noise. 3 nights without really resting so rather expensive for a place that could have been idyllic if we had been in a room corresponding to the photos.

Fantastic service, due to traffic jams, we were late getting to the hotel so we telephoned as we would arrive around 21:45, dinner was no longer possible, so the Manager offered to prepare a plate of dried ham and cheese selection that was delicious and at a nice price.
Dogs are very welcome at the hotel which is great. And the view from the balcony in the room was awesome
Some extra signs on the way could help find the hotel better. These are missing.

Very quiet place, magnificent setting, discreet people who take great care of their guests, very well located. The comfort of the bed is incredible. Plus, we had our dog and there was no extra charge, which we appreciated. A superb vacation in a haven of peace. Thank you all and see you soon.

positive point the evening dinner and the welcome small and old-fashioned room bathroom from the 60s toilets plan to change them it is a 3 star but air conditioning would be welcome even if in the Basque country it is more temperate

The location is very quiet and close to the city center. The room is large and cozy, with a large terrace offering beautiful views. We only had dinner one night, but the menu was delicious. I had conger eel for dinner: very well cooked.

This is our first time at this hotel and we were not disappointed. The welcome is perfect, the whole team is very kind and helpful. The restaurant is truly excellent and the added bonus is that the chef offers a different menu every day; there is something for everyone. The place is quiet and refreshing; a little out of the way but in 15 minutes on foot you are in the center of Sare. In short, we will come back.
