A delightful hotel in a beautiful quiet location adjacent to vineyards and rolling countryside. The staff were welcoming and efficient and the food delicious. A lovely overnight stop en route to the Swiss Alps - highly recommended.

Nous avions réservé 3 chambres, pour un problème technique 1 chambre n'était pas conforme à la réservation ,et après réclamation la chambre a été changée mais avec supplément.( certes modeste mais peu commercial!)

very pleasant stay, beautiful view, quiet, we were able to enjoy the swimming pool, the weather being warm and sunny. We enjoyed the meals, excellent and with a beautiful presentation. The different staff we met were all very friendly, smiling and helpful. I would happily recommend this hotel and its restaurant.

This is a modern well run hotel with friendly helpful staff. My only suggestion is to remove the shelves which are at head height behind the bed - not an ideal headboard.

The hotel exceeded all expectations - the location, the quality of the room, the standard of the food and the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. We arrived on a Saturday, and the person assigned to Reception was clearly not fully-experienced, and not unduly keen to help with a couple of problems. However, the remainder of our stay was totally enjoyable. The Receptionist on our departure was very efficient. We will come again.

We appreciated on our arrival the beautiful room with the air conditioning Then we went to the swimming pool and yes at first glance it is superb but by swimming we see the dirt accumulated on the interior edges and it cooled us OK the plate of the hotel says that the pool is cleaned with a robot but obviously the robot does not clean the walls Another disappointment the restaurant offers a menu at 32 euros with a Caesar salad as a starter, this consists of a few salad leaves accompanied by chicken nuggets! !! And to crown the stay the elevator broke down with our room on the 3rd floor without elevator my husband who is 76 years old came close to having a heart attack climbing the stairs several times especially on the day of departure with the suitcases

First night, relay quality of Silence. Second night, catastrophic following a private party of the owners under the windows of the rooms until midnight. Swimming pool inaccessible on Sunday afternoon, seemed to be privatized by a bruillant couple with children, without any respect for hotel guests. Hotel invaded by flies, very unpleasant The owners have nothing to do with it, they made us understand that they were at home, according to their words, they would no longer be part of the Relais du Silence. Our stay did not at all correspond to the offer you made online. Also note a lot of indelicacy for this reservation. We had to have a very comfortable room, we had a room for the disabled… Our stay was almost like spending time in a rehabilitation centre. Bathroom not cleaned from one day to the next, Fridge out of order throughout the stay Bed sheets not properly drawn, The package with two 7-course evenings could not be carried out, this was not planned by the establishment… We paid half of the package ordered, To this were added additional drinks, a hotel night at 125 € whereas for that evening the night was 90 on the Internet, two breakfasts were added for 28 €, we had ordered two nights and two evenings of 7 dishes and 7 grape varieties. We were informed that for the second evening it would be exactly the same meal as the day before… so they asked us to choose the menu. We are absolutely unhappy with this stay and ask you to please claim compensation. We have never been disappointed with Logis, it's the first time, it should be the last. Sir, I am following the reservation for the period from May 27 to 29, 2022. The reservation for these 2 nights is a reservation including our Gastronomic Menu on the 2 evenings. I prefer to specify that this Menu is a fixed Menu and that it cannot be different on the 2 evenings. Do not hesitate to come back to me if necessary Best regards. The site is very pleasant facing a vineyard, and on the edge of the village. We appreciated the large bedroom (the carpet still needs to be changed), the bathroom with a bathtub, and the large south-facing terrace. There is a large car park with 3 chargers for electric vehicles and an optional garage (paying). An elevator serves all levels from the basement to the third floor. There is disabled parking but not visible when you arrive in front of the hotel. We only see the grand staircase and parking is prohibited in front. Points to improve: the windows of the restaurant which were dirty. Surprising, because it does not correspond to the whole of the rather well-kept establishment. Last point: also pay attention to the hygiene of the staff for breakfast. It is not normal to see a person clearing the tables, then placing each pastry on the buffet with their hands, then cleaning up, then taking care of the buffet again, all without washing their hands or using the gel hydroalcoholic present at the entrance of the room, or use the tongs available for customers. Easy to improve with a little vigilance.
