Lovely overnight stay. Quiet hotel, smiling and helpful staff.
I didn't pay attention on the website; the photos are very appealing, but once I arrived, I was disappointed... the room was dated, the bathroom was dated, and the hotel was a bit old-fashioned. The reception staff were friendly, but that's where my positive experience ended.
We booked through Booking.com because I had a professional conference. Having booked through Booking.com, we were relegated to a room next to the main entrance of the hotel. There was noise all night. Upon arrival, the TV didn't work because it had been unplugged. The electrical connection was faulty, and the room hadn't been cleaned; there was a lot of dust.
The room was outdated. There were two TVs, one wall-mounted but not working, and a spare one sitting on a piece of furniture. The paint, curtains, decor, and even the smell in the bathroom were all very poorly maintained and desperately need a refresh for a 3-star hotel at this price. The breakfast was terrible.

It's a shame I can't rate the restaurant, as there were several issues. The quality of the meal—starter, main course, and dessert—and the limited service were two things that were completely unacceptable given the price. Even as part of a set menu.

The staff were very pleasant and attentive. They ensured the stay ran smoothly and readily offered suggestions to improve it. A very positive experience, which I highly recommend!
Excellent hotel in a lovely setting. The welcome was very warm and the restaurant is also very good. Overall, the service is excellent. That's why I keep coming back to this hotel. I should mention that I come on average once a week for work.

I booked a meal deal and had dinner at a restaurant. I know it's best to eat light in the evening, and having only had a sandwich for lunch, I was a bit hungry. So when the Niçoise salad arrived as a starter, I thought it was an amuse-bouche! 😁 The beef stew was very good, and I ended up having dessert too, which I only do when I'm a little peckish. Apart from that, everything was very good. Next time, please add a few more lettuce leaves and a hard-boiled egg (it's part of the Niçoise salad, I checked 😁), and I'll give it a thumbs up! 👍👍

The hotel is very nice, easy to access and the staff are lovely! The bathroom was a little lacking in cleanliness but overall it was great.
The exterior facades need to be refreshed to improve soundproofing. The water leak in the gutter between rooms 107 and 108 needs to be repaired.
Thinking of staying in a luxury hotel? Wait until you see the room: hair, stained sheets, dirty towels, terrible soundproofing, uncleaned shower, dust everywhere, no bottle of water in the room as indicated, no socket in the bathroom, no fridge in the room... and the list goes on. There is even mold in the hotel. I warned the hotel staff who told me there were no other rooms. The photos of the rooms on the website are misleading, really unrelated. In short, it's shameful! Run away!!
My room had a dust web hanging in bathroom all week without been spotted by the cleaner. One morning I went for a ten minute walk came back to find they had turned the aircon off. Would not phone a taxi for us when we checked out.

A very pleasant hotel
I booked the last room in the hotel, and frankly, it wasn't great. However, the restaurant was great for an overnight stay.
This hotel is very beautiful from the outside with a very beautiful building, a very beautiful view and a beautiful swimming pool. But the cleanliness of the room and the decoration really need to be reviewed.
Despite excellent cuisine and a beautiful view, the price of this 3-star hotel is not appropriate: Leaking shower Moldy window Non-existent soundproofing
