We really liked the hotel. The room was very clean, relaxing decor and an excellent breakfast. The gentleman in reception was very friendly, courteous and helpful.
The only slight issue is that the address on the website was written as 2 Ave d'Angouleme, Cognac but the address is actually 2 Ave d'Angouleme, ChâteauBernard, and the sat nav kept trying to take us the opposite direction which is a bit of a nightmare at festival time when lots of the town centre roads are closed. Whereas in fact, the hotel is very accessible and only. 19 min walk from the centre
Very comfortable room, very good bedding. Competent staff.
It was ok. The room was clean and comfortable..we had booked a " deluxe" room. Because i wanted a kettle and bath. On arrival were were given just the standard one and when we asked for that on seeing the room the manager was just a bit offish. Did give us another room. Just his attitude was a bit off. However overall the place is fine. Near a good pub 5 minutes walk away

Very good hotel in Cognac close to many shops. The owners are really very welcoming, smiling. The rooms with bathrooms are very clean, bright. The bedding (mattress, pillows and duvets) are just perfect!!! 1 bed 160 and 1 bed 90 in the same room. Provision of an ironing room, hairdryer on site in the room. And the breakfast, with homemade, local products and both savory and sweet. Really for 2 adults and 1 child it was great. Thank you again for your welcome and kindness.
A quiet hotel, a 20-minute walk from the train station or the city center. The hotel has been tastefully renovated, and the managers cultivate a sense of hospitality. I appreciated the little touches: jams and delicious homemade cakes at breakfast, a kettle in the room, a relaxation area with garden furniture, and a swimming pool at the back of the hotel.
