A really friendly welcome. Excellent marks for the cleanliness of the entire hotel.
This establishment seems to be slowly dying... Incompetent staff, indigestible food, and bedding that doesn't match the photos.

Everything was very good, despite the room being very small. A simple sheet on the bed instead of a duvet would have been more helpful given the warm weather. The non-working elevator was a significant inconvenience.
The shower and air conditioning worked perfectly in our room. However, the hotel doors were wide open and there was no air conditioning in the common areas, i.e. the reception hall, the restaurant and the corridors + elevator: knowing that it is always very hot in Nîmes, this is not what we expected from a 3-star hotel. If this one-night stay went well, we will not return.

Very accommodating and made arrangements for dinner in their restaurant. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were friendly and helpful. The food was great, burger perfectly cooked and the brie salad was incredible. The wine choices were good. Our room was clean, internet excellent, well designed bathrooms with a great shower. Parking was easy with a free parking lot nearby. Overall, it was a great stay at a reasonable price.

Decent hotel, the room and bathroom are clean. A small downside for the quality of the breakfast (12 euros normal price) because the buffet is very light with fruits that do not do justice to the region. (They should not even have been included in the buffet). Very disappointing!
Very good stay but at breakfast there was a lot of shortage of products at 9:15 a.m. even though the breakfast lasts until 10 a.m.
