Very nice room (accessible for people with reduced mobility), large and comfortable. A delicious dinner.
Very welcoming, comfortable and good food.
One had to book for food even as a guest. Of the hotel. But not parking, so when the restaurant was full there was no parking for guests. Hostess was rude and short and not accommodating.
We will return
The welcome was very friendly, the rooms were good, quiet and well equipped, and there was a great breakfast. Also, we wanted something small to eat with some beers and this was arranged immediately.
Spacious and charming family room. Absolutely dog-friendly. It's on a highway, but the room is very soundproofed. A very pleasant and varied breakfast.

3-day stay to combine hiking and sightseeing: Artouste train and hike around the lake. Fort du Portalet and hike in Somport. Canfranc train station in Spain. Very pleasant, well-located hotel. Very well-equipped rooms recently renovated. Well soundproofed. The restaurant and breakfast with half-board for 35€/day are exceptional and bistronomic. Don't miss out if you stay at least 2 nights. Access to the toilet is hindered by the sink being too large, otherwise the cleanliness is impeccable.

Great service, everyone is so nice and efficient.
We were lucky to find this nice hotel with a very good restaurant. We stayed 2 nights and we use the restaurant for the whole stay lunch and dinner, that is how much we liked it.
The only downside if need to choose it will be the room doesnt have air conditioner, not a problem in normal days but with the heatwave we are having this day, during the day its a bit hot, not a problem at night.

Overall very good accomodation! Very clean and tidy. Nice view from the room. Central positioning for excursions. Very comfortable bed. Nice and cool inside the room using the roller shutters. Shower and bathroom fine as it should be. Room service/maintenance and reception at the hotel was impecable. Unfortunately too much flies in the restaurant which made the experience pretty much disturbing. A fridge in the room would have topped it for us as we stayed 4 nights in total.

Great food. Hotel room had no fan, too hot. Could not drop bags between 10-16.30h, inconvenient. Bowl at breakfast should be bigger.

Known by reputation, we experienced a short stay in this beautiful hotel, very welcoming and smiling staff, comfort and cleanliness of the room (we also benefited from a larger room than expected), excellent evening meal (presentation of the plates, local products, preparations prepared with taste), nothing to say except to congratulate again the chef and his team. Speed of service, the staff give explanations to our requests. This establishment is worth a detour and a stop just for its restaurant.

We had an excellent stay in this very pleasant and quiet hotel (we had a room at the back, no view but no noise), the meal was very good, the only downside was the price of the rosé from Béarn which I found excessive.
Two days spent in the region and the hotel is well located. The restaurant is great but there are small improvements that could be made to the accommodation and I would be happy to share them with you via PM.
