The rooms need to be repainted as they are a bit outdated.
A very pleasant and quiet stay with easy parking right next to the hotel. A very good breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere.

Superb setting, very good quality breakfast and bedding! However, the rooms are not very well soundproofed; I could hear my neighbor across the hall snoring.

Comfortable rooms and beds. Lovely breakfast room. Pleasant terrace. Parking in the courtyard is very affordable. Unfortunately, there is no elevator to the second floor. Friendly service!

Like a very little Grand Hotel - a lot of style and atmosphere, in the middle of town, private parking , good breakfast- what you need more a stopover!
The only critic is the lack of a few german tv channels as mentioned already on our last stays.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal im Sphinx Hotel, da es uns so gut gefallen hat. Es hat eine richtig tolle Atmosphäre, es ist super sauber und die Lage ist perfekt.
Obwohl das Hotel sehr zentral gelegen ist, kommt man in eine Oase der Ruhe. Es liegt von der durchaus belebten Platanenallee etwas zurückgesetzt und sobald man den Innenhof betritt, glaubt man einen Landsitz zu betreten.
Wir waren auf der Durchreise ans Mittelmeer und haben diesen ersten Aufenthalt auf unserer Reise sehr genossen. Wir würden immer wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

Charming property. Good size bedroom and bathroom with lovely walk-in shower, very comfortable bed with good linen and towels. Excellent choice for breakfast. Secure parking. Added bonus was the small balcony (room 106).
This charming hotel is ideally located near restaurants, the (somewhat run-down) town, and across from a lovely park. It has excellent parking, and we had a spacious, comfortable room and a delicious, extensive breakfast. In short, highly recommended.

Mooi kleinschalig authentiek Frans hotel met een mooie binnenplek waar je je auto kan parkeren. Ligt middenin het hartje van Montelimar. Je loopt het hotel uit en je zit gelijk op de strip waar je lekken kan eten en drinken of een loopje door het park kan doen
It was not possible to use Netflix which is a must if you have international customers.
