Very good and a warm welcome
Well-located and comfortable hotel. Superb welcome. Generous breakfast.
Great little hotel. Hotel team were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are slightly on the basic side but for the cost & location it represents good value.
Lovely cafe nextdoor & walkable to restaurants / shops.
We arrived on a Sunday & were lucky to get a parking space outside which was free. Also had 2 free hours the next morning.

The man on reception who welcomed us was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and were very impressed by the hotel. Our only problem was the lack of parking and the towels were rather old and thin.
We stayed in a very spacious and well-equipped accessible room!

Ideally located in cluses with a warm welcome , friendly service .
Rooms are nice , some with renovated bathrooms (we booked two and noticed the difference)
The shower is small, that's the only downside. But apart from that, everything is very clean, the breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and there are shutters on the windows, not just a curtain, which is fantastic. What shouldn't change is the welcome. The lady at reception is very kind, smiling, and helpful; she offers suggestions for walks in Cluses, is very professional and friendly. It's rare to receive such a perfect welcome. Well done and thank you to her!

The hotel is well located near the slopes of Flaine and Les Gets. The room was clean, smelled pleasant, and was adequately heated. The shower was clean and at a comfortable temperature. The welcome was warm and friendly. A very pleasant stay.

Vriendelijk en gehulpzame begroeting. Spraken naast Frans ook Engels. Ontbijt was niet overdadig maar goed voor de kosten.
Although very close to the city center, very quiet. Great welcome, where the staff was able to find a solution to my particular problem: on a Sunday, when it is the only time of the week when there is closing from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., and while I, a hiker, arriving at 11:50 a.m., wanted to unload my heavy backpack, my room was cleaned as a priority so that I could arrive 1/2 hour later. Also, wise advice for the path for the next morning. Hearty and varied breakfast, which is particularly appreciated by hikers.

The Hotel National in Cluses could play the lead or supporting role (that would probably be a better fit...) in a TV series about a nice, good hotel. Easy access from the train station, in the city center, but slightly off the beaten track, quiet, clean, without any excessive advertising, promotions, or promotions. On the other hand, the room was spotlessly clean, with a view of the street and market square from the window, a very comfortable bed, and clean sheets. The reception staff were always available to assist guests. For me, the world record was the breakfast – a slow-living affair, delicious French rolls, cheese, cold cuts, yogurts, and fruit juice. My table overlooked the sidewalk – through the large, clean window, I could watch people going to work or shopping – as if I were on the street. Plus, the centrally positioned TV also allowed a portion of the reception desk to be visible. The hotel's simple design, without any extravagance, and the light-colored walls – all of which evoke comfort, relaxation, peace, and security.

Very good hotel with good quality of service, the only downside is the paid parking spaces in front of the hotel, you have to go a little further for free ones.
