Excellent address, close to the center. Friendly welcome and very clean. The price is more than reasonable considering the quality of service. Breakfast is also very reasonably priced compared to hotel prices. The staff is welcoming and pleasant. The availability of parking was a bonus.

The hotel is ideally located for exploring Troyes' old town and museums on foot. The staff were welcoming and helpful with tips for discovering the city. The lobby and hallways are decorated with beautiful photos of Troyes, which is very pleasant.
The impression is that the maintenance is a bit overdue. Worn, stained stair carpets. Noisy rooms, and above all, the dinner they served was extremely mediocre. Poor and stripped of any charm you'd expect from a dinner. Moreover, it was quite pricey for what was provided.

The welcome was good, but the hostess seemed a little lost, though she was very attentive and helpful. However, she made a mistake in awarding the ETIK points, declaring only the room price without breakfast, whereas the total amount spent at the establishment, excluding tourist tax, should be declared. I had the accessible room, which, in the shower, required a long and tedious squeegeeing to prevent flooding (flooding is a bit of an exaggeration, but I can't find a better word to describe the situation). Regarding the breakfast, I should mention that I've been a Logis hotel customer since 1997. The breakfast is good, but in my opinion, it's not worth €11; it's more like €9 to €10 maximum.
We were very warmly welcomed by Michel, who is very friendly and professional.

Good hotel for one night, quiet, well located. I regret the extra charge for the indoor parking, which isn't even secure. The price of breakfast is a bit high considering the service.

I chose this hotel for its attractive price of €45 per night and the presence of parking. When it came to confirming the payment, I was disconnected. I reconnected, the asking price was €55, i.e. €10 more. Having no choice, I confirmed the payment, which would have to be confirmed upon arrival. I called the hotel to tell them that I would be arriving at 10:00 p.m. I was told there would be a €10 surcharge and €9 for parking. When I arrived at the hotel, the room price was €60, plus the surcharges. In the end, a room for €80!! Furthermore, I couldn't use my €15 loyalty voucher. Added to this was a bad smell in the room. The only positive point was a friendly welcome.

Hotel worthy of a stopover hotel but not of a Logis de France... Pfff reception on Saturday morning cold and unwelcoming, in the afternoon young girl more smiling and helpful, small room poorly soundproofed, smell of wet dog shame to accept animals, soft bedding questionable cleanliness, sink outside the bathroom not great, buffet breakfast ok for the price in short better to spend 30 euros more and find a quality hotel

Hotel is basic, clean and nicely located.
Breakfast was disappointing with stale hard bread and croissants which were NOT fresh
The hotel is clean and tidy, but the room we had very little sound proofing, fortunately our neighbours were quiet and & didn't watch the tv. The bathroom was clean but very small. The parking was very tight, fortunately my husband is good at getting out of tight parking spaces & the instructions for getting in and out of the hotel car park were not clear.
Very well located hotel in the city center with secure parking. The TV picture left something to be desired.

Comfortable, quiet, newly renovated hotel with parking available near the city center. Warm and attentive welcome. Bravo. Very good breakfast.
The soundproofing is too poor. You can hear shouts and vehicles from outside. Even worse, you can hear noises coming from the adjoining rooms. And especially, like the torture of the water drop: the sound of a pipe banging as if someone were hitting the pipe. Very annoying. In the morning, there was no pressure in the shower.

Very nice little hotel. Room spotless and nicely decorated. Hotel courtyard closed and secure for your vehicle, all this at a more than reasonable price. Friendly staff, in part Jérémie who kindly agreed to keep our ice packs in the freezer for us to leave the next day. Only small downside: the room lacks a refrigerator. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel
Nice hotel, walking distance from teh city-center.
Basic rooms en good breakfast
Our room was in the annex building. It was very spacious and well equipped, but was also showing signs of wear and tear and particularly the bathroom is ready for a refresh. The hotel is close to town and parking was good and secure, and the price was fair. The portable air con unit was very welcome. Ok for am overnight stay when touring.
Note for management.. There are no signs in the annex building explaining which rooms are on which floor. We went up the old damp smelling stairs to some unrenovated apartments before finding room 5 elsewhere on the first floor via the lift.
Also, someone could fit something rubber to the metal pedestrian gate to stop it banging all evening as people come and go.

Major advantage: Logis Hotel + in the heart of the city + secure hotel with parking and/or private garage available, lovely comfortable room with additional air conditioning unit – we appreciated the effort during our stay in 33°C heat. Clean and very welcoming. Breakfast was adequate, but could be improved; the breakfast room was small.
Positive: welcome and staff location near the city center Lucky break: we managed to find a place on the street Simple but decent breakfast Negative: The hotel gave us the disabled room on the ground floor, although renovated, which has a major flaw besides the view of a wall: the floor of the large hospital-style bathroom has no slope to drain the shower water so after a quick shower I had to struggle for 15 minutes with the squeegee to avoid flooding the room and the suitcases (because there was nothing to put them on) The staff is well aware but did not warn us...apparently they have to redo the bathroom

Over three nights spent there was a problem with the room because it was not made up on Sunday
Shower room with toilet and a small sink, a nice shower but all located in a too cramped space. Room OK but very poor insulation from the noise of others next to and above. When people are not paying attention, the room doors close loudly. As for breakfast, it's okay; everything is done to avoid waste. Good for 1 night. Too bad because it's very well located in the city center for sightseeing. The nearby Café de la Paix restaurant is recommended.
Excellent location for a visit to Troyes
Very convenient hotel for location and parking (possibly also covered garage); we slept in an apartment, comfortable and equipped with all the services (fridge with freezer, microwave, induction hobs). Good breakfast, in the standard of the type of hotel. If you have to stay in Troyes for tourism or work it is highly recommended.
Room was clean but amenities were basic. Hotel wins on location and proximity to the city centre. On site parking a bonus. Breakfast was OK
Clean and friendly, quiet... but I could feel the mattress springs! Sleep quality was affected as a result (luckily it was warm, I slept ON TOP of the duvet at the beginning of the night).
The room (Room #2) is a bit "strange" with an extra shower and toilet (accessible for people with disabilities) and a portable air conditioner whose exhaust prevents the French doors and roller shutter from closing.

The hotel is located on a quiet street, close to the city center. Parking is available in a garage (reassuring when you're just stopping over and your luggage stays in the car). The pastries at breakfast were still partially raw (they should be left to rise before baking).

Great place to stop on the way back from our motorbike trip, we’ve used this property several times as they have a garage for the bikes and it’s close to walk into the old town.
I went there via the Logis hotel website and despite my reminders, still no transfer to my loyalty kitty.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Troyes! There are paid parking spaces in the courtyard, so you don't have to search for a parking space in the center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a simple and functional hotel in the heart of Troyes, ideal for an overnight stay.

I booked via Logis App, price for 1 night was 50 euros excl taxes. I received confirmation by email and in the Logis app for my booking confirming the rate of 50 euros. At the hotel the receptionist charged me 55 euros, when I asked why and showed her the confirmations I received saying 50 euros, she kept making up excuses and refused to return the 5 euros overcharge! After some 10 minutes I left the discussion. Extremely dusappointing and fraudulent behaviour
