tout était parfait
Very nice room. Best of all was the friendly and professional service from the hotel receptionist.
Excellent welcome.
Excellent value for money and a warm welcome
I booked a room and since the hotel was almost empty they put me in a superior room so we would be "more comfortable," bigger and with more beds, and then they charged us a supplement for using two beds without having warned us about anything about it
I thoroughly enjoyed my two-night stay at this hotel and mentioned it to reception. I felt very comfortable and wanted to stay longer, while also feeling free and cared for; there's a real sense of community, almost like a family atmosphere. Furthermore, the rooms are very quiet, at least room 209 was. The price, being lower than other hotels, is attractive and a significant advantage. I will gladly return to complete my visit to the Loire Valley châteaux, in particular. Thank you to the reception team.
We had booked two rooms for a family of five and were kindly upgraded. Our host was attentive and discreet.
Hotel close to the city centre. Excellent value for money.
Excellent one-night stay, very warm welcome, clean rooms and quality bedding. Excellent value for money and location next to the train station and within walking distance of the town.
We were absolutely delighted with our night at this hotel. The price is very reasonable for the quality of service. A peaceful night in a very spacious and lovely triple room.
Good location and comfortable bedding. The suite was very pleasant and clean overall, and well soundproofed. A few improvements could be made (mold in the bathroom, curtains hanging off a window, dirty glasses put away) and more pillows would be helpful.
Friendly staff. Room a bit too heated and a bit small for four. Decent breakfast.
excellent
Very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend it.
Very welcoming, very clean, very well equipped, nice stop in Blois. I recommend!
Very good value for money
Excellent value for money
Comfortable, pleasant hotel, 10 minutes from the center. Perfect
A lovely friendly place to stay
Poor accomodation. Our room was very strange situated. By arrival there was no parking available. We choos this hotel for the privat parking do our car would be save. But it was not available.
Broken toilet seat, bedroom door difficult to close, no hot water on the second day
Good location and value for money. The bed was very comfortable. There is no elevator and the common areas are carpeted.
All very good and great safe parking for motorcycles nearby.
The hotel is well located and clean, but could use some renovation. We booked a room for four at the last minute, as we were two. A lower price would have been appreciated. The reception was excellent.
Older hotel but very decent in terms of value for money. We were very surprised by the very good quality of the bedding. We were very well received and well informed.
Very well located. Small and very clean. Quiet. Very good value for money.
Very basic room, bathroom in its original state, soap and shampoo dispenser at a minimum,
A truly charming hotel. Succulent breakfasts with selected local products. Quiet but close to the center. Granted, there is no elevator, but the rooms on the ground floor are very pleasant.
Nice hotel for one night
Prime location right near the train station! Very friendly welcome and we really appreciated the fully renovated suite with kitchenette, refrigerator and air conditioning! Impeccable cleanliness! We will be back :)
Family-run hotel. Very nice, with fairly large rooms. I highly recommend it, especially for the location.
perfect, very warm welcome, very quiet room, located very close to the train station and the castle and cathedral
Beautiful, spacious and very functional rooms. Very friendly welcome, nothing to complain about. I recommend it.
A wonderful comfortable hotel
A few small pieces of equipment to add: towel holders, otherwise your service is impeccable, we took the family room which was exceptional!!
Spacious rooms, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds. Perfect for visiting Chambord Castle.
Very good value for money. A big plus is the secure bike garage and a plus is the triple rooms for cycling and family trips.
Unfortunately, the pictures did not match the room we found. The hotel was well-received due to its very helpful and friendly staff and its location.
Very well-located, quiet, and welcoming hotel. A charming hotel with facilities designed to cope with the heat, especially during the heat.
Positives: Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Located close to the center. Parking reasonably far away, but not on site. Negatives: No elevator, Room on the 2nd floor (I am elderly and disabled). Under the roof with a fan and a portable air conditioner that did not manage to bring us a little freshness. Roof window. The double bed, which I had to share with my granddaughter, was not great in the heat.
Reception open from 2:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m....only. It is impossible to use the parking (at €8!!! per day) before 2:30 p.m. In addition, this parking lot is a 200m walk away and the few spaces are terribly cramped. Be careful if you have a vehicle larger than a city car!!! As for the room, the air conditioning is fanciful (you have to call reception to turn it on, on a day of 33° + in the shade), the sheet / duvet "thrown" on the bed, and a very very unpleasant surprise that we will have once the reception is closed: no toilet paper! We were forced to explore the ground floor of the deserted hotel to discover a storeroom (forbidden to the public as it should be), and in this storeroom a packet of paper. In short, this hotel has its location on its side, and everything else against it.
Decent accomodation within walking diatance of the town centre
Really very pleasant and helpful staff
The room was too small for three people and was hot. The bathroom was adequate. Very clean. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff.
Nice, but the bathroom was very small and not very practical. Satisfactory reception, no problems.
We spent one night in a basic triple room, the room was perfect (air conditioning, clean, spacious). The welcome was also perfect as was the breakfast.
We had a great time, the owner was very kind, excellent breakfast, very nice room
Lovely boutique style hotel, with friendly and welcoming staff. Very close to the station, and moments away from the sights and attractions on the city.
Nice hotel, clean, quiet, good location.
Our family room did not have A/C.
Breakfast was good. Loads of bread and pastries for each table, hope they don't get spoiled.
Very pleasant hotel. Superb room. The only downside is that the fridge makes a huge noise all night long!!!! The evening hostess (young girl) is very pleasant, however the morning hostess is not at all pleasant, we just want to leave!!!
Friendly welcome and spotless room
Comfortable, human-sized hotel located next to the station, a 10-minute walk from the centre of Blois and with a bicycle storage room.
The Deluxe Suite was not as described on Booking.com. The first "room" communicated without a door to close with the entrance and the kitchenette, and did not have a bathroom, but a toilet with a washbasin, without even a hook to hang the hand towel. In the room, there was no closet, only one bedside table, so one of the two beds did not have one, barely enough space to put the suitcases, my son had to climb over his to get out of the room. The kitchenette was well designed but we had the unpleasant surprise of finding that the cupboards were almost empty, there were plates, cutlery, glasses, bowls and cups, plus three spatulas, and nothing else. There was no frying pan or saucepan, and we were only able to get some for lunch thanks to the help of a cleaning lady, after having asked several times since the morning. The second room was better equipped, with a working bathroom apart from a broken shower head holder. However, the double bed turned out to be two twin beds side by side. This is not quite as practical. It is effectively a single bed. A wardrobe, and a chair to put the suitcase on. Still no closet. Add to that the beds were rather soft and we did not sleep very well. We reserved the parking, which is not at all close to the hotel, complicated to access, and the spaces are very narrow, with pillars that increase the difficulty of the maneuver. However, this parking is necessary because parking on the street is a matter of luck, and parking is paid. The positive points: a very warm welcome. All the people at the hotel we met were very friendly and willing to help us. Having noted my mobility difficulties and those of my blind mother, the receptionist assigned us a suite on the first floor instead of the originally planned third floor, which I very much appreciated. She assured us that the size and layout were exactly the same. The person present at our departure helped us carry our luggage to the car I had parked in front of the hotel. This was very kind. The breakfast offered was very good, with a lot of choice, in a pleasant setting. The apartment was spotlessly clean.
Very well-located hotel opposite the train station and just minutes from the historic center. Secure bike storage and a very warm welcome.
We received a very warm welcome. We were able to store our bikes in the garage, as agreed with the hotel, which was perfect. The room was quiet. The fans were appreciated. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. Perfect for starting a new day of cycling! We recommend this hotel.
Location was ok. The big family room was big, while the single room for my father was super small with a dangerous access to the bathroom. No airco and the fan in the rooms was really inefficient and the cable was so short you could only hardly plug it. Both rooms were only superficially clean. We opened a window and the frame was very dirty. Same as under the beds. Also no lift, so not recommended for people with limited mobility.
We stayed here last year and were very happy with the room. It had clearly been renovated. This year, we stayed in a very outdated room, which was a huge disappointment.
Ants in the whole room. Very disgusting. The conditioner is very loud. No disabled access to the room. The breakfast is very good. The team is friendly.
Very friendly welcome, very clean room, generous breakfast
Nice
Very quiet hotel just a stone's throw from Blois train station;
Very small, hot room, under the roof, not planned. Cramped bathroom. The only compensation is the free breakfast.
Nice place and nice team
Very nice rooms and a great location
When you have a room (211) where complaints are made and nothing is happening, it would be good to stop booking it......especially when other rooms are free! It would be good if management took responsibility and thought about the staff who take the complaints....
Unprofessional reception / wait because the person was smoking outside and checking their mobile phone / poorly explained parking access / spacious and inexpensive room / good breakfast / no one at reception on Saturday morning?
Friendly welcome, decent room, excellent breakfast
We arrived at exactly 8 pm and received a very warm welcome. Room 201 is spacious and very comfortable.
Impeccable cleanliness, so that says it all. However, I was unable to increase the volume of the TV or find the TNT channels.
Nothing to say about the cleanliness of the executive suite, a comfort room, new, designer, well located BUT there were 2 of us and we had booked to have the kitchenette service AND: no dishes (3 flat plates, 2 of which were chipped) 0 glasses, 0 good or mug, 0 soup or dessert plate, 0 salad bowl or dish, 1 coffee cup, 1 saucepan and 1 frying pan, 3 pieces of cutlery of each (fork, knife, teaspoon) no kitchen bin or bin bag, no cleaning product (1 sponge anyway) 0 tea towel, in short, when we arrived in the evening for dinner we felt stupid!
We had a good time, friendly staff, the hotel delivers what it promises. Great location. A very well-located hotel, close to the train station and not far from the city center. Friendly welcome, quiet room. Hearty breakfast, suitable for athletes.
Very nice room, a change from bland hotel chains. The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Very well located opposite the train station, perfect bedding, and a very generous but somewhat expensive breakfast. In short, a great time.
Hotel very handy for the great centre of Blois, everything within walking distance. Efficient and friendly reception, great breakfast…this was only a flying visit on our way through Blois, but will return for a longer stay. We have no negative comments for this hotel, thank you!
Decent hotel, generally clean. Room good for 1 night for 1 person.
There was a cobweb in the kitchen and a stained sheet. The next day, when I reported it to reception, they told me they were clean stains. Great! I'd throw out the sheets with the clean stains and put on clean ones. With responses like that, this hotel should be avoided.
We were very happy with our stay at the hotel in Blois. The room was freshly decorated and cleaned to a high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated having secure storage for our bikes.
hotel bien place; Petit dejeuner tres copieux !
Well-located establishment, but the room lacks modernity. Strong smell of damp.
We received a very warm welcome. Our bikes were kept safe and secure. The room amenities were impeccable. And nothing was missing from breakfast.
Good welcome, decent suite, impeccable breakfast
Well located
The hotel is well located, with easy parking. I was disappointed by the impersonal welcome; there was no special attention, just the bare minimum. Upon departure, the same situation occurred with a different person, and not a word was said to express our satisfaction. The breakfast items were supermarket brands, which is a shame... for almost €13, one would expect some regional or at least artisanal products.
Very nice hotel, very well located. This hotel perfectly met our expectations. Comfortable bedding, nice room, quiet and pleasant location. The team is very professional and welcoming.
Cold welcome and very vague and unfriendly answers to our questions about parking and parking. Apart from this small negative point, the stay and psk were perfect. (One small Nespresso coffee machine for all guests seems a bit lacking to us)
