We booked with the wrong date. When we tried to arrive at your hotel on October 21, the road was closed and to reach your hotel we would have had to take our route back. This was too far and unfortunately so we did not stay at your hotel. Yet you took €145 from my bank account. Would you be kind enough to reimburse us for this amount, please?

Staff not very present, even at the times indicated. Room ok, nothing more (dirt under the bed). Lack of space in the bathroom to put 2 toiletry bags, no cups for brushing your teeth.

Everything was very good, except unfortunately the impossibility of arriving at the hotel before 3 p.m., and the mattress must surely be renewed! But the reception was at the top, very pleasant staff!
Équipe accueillante et souriante ce qui est très agréable. Hôtel qui offre une bonne surprise sur un jardin spacieux magnifique pour la tranquillité et avec la piscine.
L’Hôtel vient de changer de propriétaires et demande un petit rafraîchissement pour être au top. La chambre était très confortable et bien équipée : WiFi, télévision, frigo, rangements... literie très propre et salle de bain impeccable équipée de linges et sèche cheveux.
Je recommande également le restaurant sur place qui est excellent !
Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner car il ne faut pas y aller trop tard si on veut des viennoiseries surtout si on ne mange pas de fromage...

Check in is late and check out early. Welcome is not flexible and price expensive compare to the service. There is no lift, room in high floor and no proposal to help to carry bagages. Acces to room a little tricky. Receptionist don´t ask about our feelings when we leave. Not interested in ?

Very nice surprise on the occasion of our stage. Very warm welcome, an attentive and friendly team, a beautiful park, a good menu with local products, and wise wine advice from the owner ;-). We will definitely be back.
A stay at the top and a team that took care of us before the Race Across France. Very flexible, attentive, hyper attentive to our requests (bicycle, food, duration of our presence in the hotel, ...), a real happiness for us. In short, just perfect. Again, a big thank you for everything!

disappointing value for money; no fridge, no air conditioning surprising breakfast; no special precautions for the bread and butter left available, plates not clean, only salted butter, .. the person in charge of the service takes our room number and slips away. on the other hand a beautiful swimming pool and a large garden with private parking the new owners will have to make some efforts

Exceptional site, with the views of the mountains and the beautiful park. Private secure parking is a big advantage. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

The service was so good , very very helpful staff . Showed me to the beautiful swimming pool and gave us cycling maps . The breakfast was exceptional , home made jams and pastries as well as cereals and dried fruit . The coffee machine was broken but the staff were so quick to bring lovely fresh coffee to the table . We didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evening but would another time . A big thank you for a very comfortable overnight stay .
