A former 19th century post house, our establishment will be the ideal stopover for your business or family trips. After work, a day of visit, come and relax on our shaded terrace or in the shelter of our air-conditioned lounge, to have a drink before dinner. Then take a seat in our restaurant where our 2 chefs have prepared dishes with regional flavours.
The city of Saint Calais will charm you with its quays along the Anille river, its 15th century grain market, its Church of Notre Dame de Saint Calais and its small streets and its famous apple turnover.
Take the time to visit nearby the castle of Courtanvaux, or the heritage interpretation centre, the little train of Semur en vallon, the mythical 24-hour Le Mans circuit, the pretty town of Vendôme. Our hotel is open every day until 11pm.

Die Reservierung vor das Abendessen war hinfällig, da das REstaurant doch geschlossen war. Das Frühstück konnten wir auch nicht geniessen. Frühstück war auch nur möglich inm Hotel Pressoir was für uns ein paar minuten woeder rückwärts bedeutete...
Merci pour votre accueil, pour votre gentillesse... Merci au patron qui nous a surclassé d'une chambre standard en demi-pension à une chambre de luxe et un bon repas de la St Valentin... Franchement, nous avons apprécié, vu les conditions qui nous faisait passer par chez vous (décès de mon fils en Normandie). cela nous a fait du bien et nous a donné du courage... Nous repasserons par chez vous, dès que nous en aurons l'occasion... Cordialement, Mr et Mme Bompard...
Quality dishes, we were a group of 30, concerns about everyone's allergies and food preferences. Clean and neat hotel but very noisy. All that's missing is the manager's smile to make your stay perfect!

We had already liked this hotel 3 years ago and it is without hesitation that we returned. We were upgraded to the room level to meet our request for a gesture of goodwill. The room has us much more, silent and very well equipped. Breakfast can be hearty for those who wish. I thank the team for listening to us.
Very noisy on Sunday morning. The restaurant puts the music on very loudly early. It woke us up and kept us from going back to sleep

We had a wonderful stay. Lovely staff and welcome, very comfortable and clean room. The evening meal was excellent and breakfast absolutely fabulous. We hope to return and will definitely recommend. The staff went over and above to make our stay so good. I would give 11/10 if I could. Thank you.
We were awakened at 2:30 am by huge noises that lasted several minutes. Of course we couldn't get back to sleep. We reported this problem, we were told by management (in writing) that it happened "regularly": This is a supplier who comes to deliver at 2:30 in the morning. The owner of the Hotel is made of this and does nothing to settle it .... in his message he apologizes for this "Inconvenience"! Obviously for him not sleeping is just a setback And of course we paid for our hotel night as if we had spent a night without problems.... D

Everything was fine, decent room located near the kitchens, quality dinner... but when I woke up at 7:00 am, there was no hot water for me! I was early because my wife had some. I reported the fact by simply paying my bill.

A pleasant hotel with a spacious room. The reception is pleasant and benevolent. No private parking but we had no difficulty parking near the hotel. Varied breakfast, bread and freshly squeezed orange juice. We appreciated ! I would stay there again.
