Les prestations attendues ne correspondent pas à un hotel 3 étoiles:
- salle de bain: système d'évacuation du lavabo défectueux, place insuffisante pour poser et accrocher ses affaires de toilette, absence de patère.
- petit déjeuner incomplet: absence de pains variés,surtout des viennoiseries, gateaux et tartes, absence de recharge de la boite de thés
- plats de la trattoria et service rmédiocres.

Nous connaissions déjà l’Atoll hôtel et nous en étions très satisfaits cependant nous avons été un peu déçus de la literie parce que, pour des raisons d’organisation de l’hôtel que nous comprenons parfaitement, nous avons eu une chambre avec un lit 140 et un lit 90 au lieu d’un lit 160 espéré… nous avons donc opté pour la solution de dormir chacun dans un lit pour ne pas nous gêner.
Super séjour, autant à l'hôtel qu'au restaurant attenant, à recommander sans hésitation.

And the vmc doesn't work. It stays wet. The room is nice. A coat rack is missing in the room despite many hangers. Breakfast is very good. Excellent welcome, nothing to complain about all the staff Italian atmosphere in the restaurant with Italian song therefore perfect. On the other hand in terms of the rooms hygiene respected clean but despite an upgrade the appearance of the room is not at the level of the Logis de France that we we are used to frequenting the only attraction, the proximity of the sea

The rooms are fine. The radiator next to the toilet in the bathroom rusted. My veil unhooked. The room was cold when we arrived. The carpet in the hallways and the walls are a bit dated and could be renovated.
Harassment at night to enter the room by someone certainly employed by the hotel who ended up entering the room with a pass in force! It had never happened to me... Sleepless night No apology from the team or commercial gesture in the morning even if it is not the important thing here. Totally insecure!!! To avoid absolutely. I remain in disbelief ASHAMED

Well located hotel within walking distance to the port in Frejus, but a bit further to the city centre. Since the hotel is on a side street, it is nice and quiet. We were there in January and the room with the balcony was pleasantly warm. Reception and staff very friendly, I'm definitely a fan of this owner-managed Logis hotel.
The apartment is certainly spacious but we can regret the too flexible comfort of the sofa bed in the bed position. The kitchen area would require more scrupulous cleaning and the crockery should be better laid out, even renewed. A toaster and a kettle would be welcome. The room and the bathroom are comfortable, even if the heating of the bathroom is not in operation. The terrace is beautiful, spacious and without vis-à-vis, it is the strong point. We found a dirty sock at the bottom of a curtain, proof that the cleaning is not very neat.

Excellent value for money. You shouldn't expect luxury but there is everything you need. Cleaning is excellent, new mattresses. Good breakfast with sweets of the day and something salty. 29 euros for the evening meal and breakfast. In the evening at the restaurant next door we are entitled to a dish at 16 and a dessert (not homemade). I find the stopover evening disappointing, but the hotel is very good.

The hotel is not very expensive but it doesn't offer a lot neither. The rooms are small, there is not even a refrigerator there. The parking is opportunistic, ie. one may or may not be able to secure a spot. The complimentary WiFi was limited to 30 minutes per device per day. Upon our stay there was a broken light-bulb with protruding wires posing an electric shock hazard. It wasn't taken care of despite it being reported on the first day.
The negative point is the parking lot, it is difficult to find a place during the day.

Hôtel familial, très sympa, idéal pour les familles avec le restaurant est super bon, la nourriture est très copieuse. L’accueil est incroyable je recommande les yeux fermés petit défaut il n’y a pas de réseau wi-fi donc pour téléphoner c’est très compliqué. Le restaurant relève énormément. La note de l’hôtel. Les chambres sont un peu petite mais bon je pense que l’hôtel a été conçu comme ça. Sinon on a passé un très bon séjour avec mes enfants. Je reviendrai.
