We feel like home
This hotel does not deserve 3 stars at all. Noisy hotel, poorly soundproofed. From 6am, the staff is active and you are aware. TV was not working, we reported it but felt like we were disturbing, we were told someone would check but nothing was done, great customer service!. The restaurant meal and breakfast are far too expensive for the value and quality of the products offered. An error in the order of the meal, no commercial gesture, just as an answer: you will have it when you come back to see us. No risk that we will return.
I do not regret having taken into consideration all the glowing testimonials from internet users concerning this establishment, without which I may never have come here. Our stay was most pleasant, both for the extremely warm and considerate welcome of its manager and her staff, and for the extremely calm setting. A chef takes care with talent of partially renewing each day the three exceptional buffets offered at discretion for those who wish to take advantage of the hotel restaurant. We have already planned to come back as soon as possible for a stay in another season. Just a difficulty, which is only a matter of taste, the Italian shower easily overflows into the bathroom, but it's a detail that won't prevent me from asking for this room again, especially for its large terrace shaded.

Excellent WE staff and service at the top
Hello, I came to eat for lunch and I was very enthusiastic to bring my wife to show her the region. When we arrived in the room, a bottle of salveta opened. The receptionist kindly changed it for us. When we returned from our visit to the village, we noticed that a small and a large bath towel were folded and two others were hanging in the bathroom. Going to dinner, I asked to change those suspended. On our return it was not done. When I showered, one of the two paper cups for the teeth was not in its plastic packaging. The bed was made and looked clean. We still wonder if the room has been cleaned. Breakfast is in addition to the price of the room (11 euro). Didn't appreciate the bar lady's response much when I asked her for hot milk. She took me to the thermos of milk (marked hot water) to show me how to use it. Well I had already tried, but when there is no more milk, there is no more milk. I'm not talking about booking a massage session by phone. You fall on the voicemail (×2) and no one calls you back!!!

We are delighted with this second stay at the Auberge de l'Espinouse which meets all our expectations in terms of comfort and service. We highly recommend this establishment, ideally placed to discover the surrounding wonders. The Prévert trail starting on foot from the hotel is very nice. Finally, the manager is very helpful and friendly as well as the whole team.
