Another enjoyable overnight stay. Welcoming and professional staff

We love the comfort of the room and the quality buffet breakfast! On a business trip I inform you that I had breakfast included, the woman told me no told me no twice, and I was saved by a young man who took the time to read the small inscription at the bottom of the page indicating breakfast is covered. Please inform all your colleagues for everyone's satisfaction.

Easy access and good position.
Stayed in room 202. Comfortable and quiet, even though it overlooked the entrance.
But 14.90 for a buffet breakfast with only average selection? Not good.
We stayed here 3 weeks earlier and were delighted however this time the staff were not quite as friendly apart from the restaurant waiters who were lovely. My friend couldn’t take a shower as you had to step up into a bath.
When we came to pay for our dinner in the morning the reception charged us 30€ more for the same dinner as we had on our earlier stay as it had been so delicious. See my previous review .
The receptionist disputed my statement and so I had to pay !!!

Easy to get to, good room with good beds, great hot water and heat, nice deep tub.
The hotel staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Quick check in, then up to a good room for the money. Comfortable bed, slept well. Had a drink in the bar and there is a restaurant on site. It’s always lovely to have a bar and restaurant on site after a long trip. The hotel was nicely decorated and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Much more than a budget hotel, but for a budget price. Definitely value for money. Looking forward to our return.

It was an excellent location for a one night stay on the way to calais. The hotel had extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room was great with a few little issues ... wasn't crazy about how the toilet and shower was positioned in the room, maybe just a French thing. No kettle for morning coffee or tea.
I work in 31 departments and I am used to sleeping in a hotel every week, and often via Logis de France. But there, dirty hotel room, cotton swab full of earwax on the floor in the bathroom, pubic hair on the toilet bowl. Hotel located along a 4 lane, very poorly soundproofed, you can hear the road, very ideal for sleeping. For the shower, we wait for the water pressure, we can barely remove the shower gel, we have to wait and wait... For an evening stopover at €134, we expect more comfort. Through my job I spend my time on the road, we sleep in hotels at a certain price to have a good night's sleep, otherwise, we go to lower cost hotels. I was asked why I didn't ask to change rooms, well just too late, I had settled in and changed into something cooler than the shirt. I was entitled to an apology and a 10% discount, but that will not change my opinion, nor my desire to return to this hotel at 134€ for such poor comfort and above all, we are only in Chartres . The only good point that preserves this hotel is the quality of its catering at dinner, very good breakfast, only one downside, the cold scrambled eggs and 15 minutes after the opening of the service..

Stayed here twice during December and was given same ground floor room as requested. Invalid room was big enough for my wheelchair and shower was perfect for us. Lovely Hotel to break our journey to the UK .

3 nights spent in the hotel - my room was not cleaned... and neither was the bed!!!

Good location, excellent service
When booking we asked to reserve a table in the restaurant. When we arrived we were told restaurant was closed because of private function! Our room was cold and turning on heating just blew cold air into room. When we complained to the reception we were told the heating didn’t get turned on until November. We paid extra for a bigger room but our room had a sloping ceiling over one side of the bed - very easy to bang one’s head. No wifi in room, but we were able to log in to Premier Class hotel next door. And finally many hotels provide tea/coffee facilities in the room. Not this one.
High value for money compared to what we can find elsewhere. Room with outdated visuals and somewhat limited quality of cleaning…

Nice hotel and nice room. Very warm welcome, especially as I arrived at the place at 3:30 a.m. after a wedding party. The only downside is the breakfast service which ends at 10 a.m. on a Sunday. It's too early..

Wij werden uitstekend ontvangen en geholpen bij het laden van onze plug-in-hybride. Erg klantvriendelijk, schoon en fijne bedden. Met de bus ben je binnen een half uur in het centrum van Chartres. Een echte aanrader !

Located on the edge of Chartres, this hotel is very quiet and welcoming. The service is professional and attentive.
Don’t be put off by the area, the hotel is on a small industrial estate. When you get inside it greatly improves . Superb room , very spacious and spotless fitted with all amenities. The restaurant is excellent in the evening and breakfast is very good.

Comfortable rooms, but insufficient soundproofing with the neighboring room: I heard the conversations of the neighbor of the room who spoke normally (I also heard the responses of his interlocutor in video-conference), and I heard the ringing of his alarm (fortunately fixed after mine). For the rest, pleasant place and excellent restaurant.

This was our third stay at this hotel. We stay there on the drive from Dieppe to the Ariege. It is well located on our through route, and provides good accommodation at a reasonable price.
On other occasions we have enjoyed staying in central Chartres. But for an overnight stay, arriving in the evening and leaving early in the morning, this hotel is better.

We always like to stop here on the way to Brittany. That means at least twice a year on the outward and return journey. The staff is always very friendly, and our dog is always very well received. A parking space in front of the house is available. There is a restaurant in the house where we always eat very well.
We had the same room on the way to vacation and on the way home, both times we noticed a very unpleasant smell. Maybe it's due to the possible mold infestation? In addition, our friends, who also had a room and only traveled with 2 children, had a much larger room and we also had 2 extra beds for our twins. But the smell was really very noticeable. The friends' other room didn't smell like that.
A little confusing when arriving at the bottom of this commercial area but great hotel, excellent welcome and very good restaurant. It was perfect;

We hear the doors slam
We liked it very much. We missed fresh fruit at breakfast, which is very expensive at 14.90 euros per person. The paper handkerchiefs packed in plastic in the bathroom do not fit in with the rest of the concept of sustainability.
Location is next to the main road. A lot of noise. Ventilation air conditioning did not work ; bad air as you couldn't open the window because of the noise. Bad air in the corridors too. mold in the shower. Breakfast very good. Nevertheless, I would not book the hotel again.
Very good reception and services
The only disappointment was due to the booking.com site. This had -presumably- nothing to do with the hotel. Booking.com offered a 'discount' of 39% on a double-priced room. Result was an expectation for a more luxuriance hotel. And in the end our price was even higher than the offered price 'at the door'. Note that we had 39%+10% genius discount, crazy action of this platform. We felt cheated by booking, te more the moment we heard that the reception had received our complain. Booking.com give another reason to them about our complain! Next time direct booking, not via that platform.

Good visit. I would like the breakfast to include non dairy alternatives such as goats milk or yoghurt on request. It appears you cannot cater for allergies.

This hotel was very difficult to find in an industrial estate just beside a busy main road. That said however it was a good stay. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was comfortable. The restaurant was very good and the service excellent.
The room was nice, but >100 euro/night is too much, considering that: - the Wi-Fi connection went down frequently, - the hotel is far from the city, - there's no chair in the reception (I walk with crutches) , - the room had no fridge...
A great welcome especially from Nicholas (Well Done). A great evening meal and breakfast. All the staff well very helpful and engaging. Accommodation lovely and clean and well appointed. Air conditionné ne fonctionne pas.avons une chambre avec lits jumeaux, demandons changement, nous retrouvons avec une chambre avec grand lit. Petit déjeuner désastreux, plus de pain, plus d’œufs brouillés, pots de confiture et miel vides, cuillères collantes. L’employée tourne comme une hélice mais ne remarque rien de tout cela. A quoi sert-elle? Aucun dédommagement proposé pour ces désagréments.

Common premises that deserve a little modernity but the rooms at the top. Excellent dinner and breakfast.
All in all ok until I was charged a bottle of crystal clear water 3 euros on a wet finger when I had just paid my bill for 4 rooms and 8 breakfasts 570 euros at the very least. To bring customers back, well done!

My reservation was cancelled at very short notice
We enjoyed our stay, but compared to the price and the number of stars I expected a slightly higher standard for the rooms, beware it was very suitable we are not disappointed, and the electrical terminals are a real + which makes me choose this establishment and very pleasant to be able to be serene to have a charging station whatever happens.

Breakfast, plenty of choice, member of staff offered to cook eggs which was very thoughtful. Room nicely painted and clean, bed very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for bath or shower. We will definitely recommend to our friends and will use again.

One night stopover en route to Spain. Easy to access hotel off main road and as a retail park had choice of eating establishments, some activities and shopping centre. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room small but clean and modern. Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water for bath. Although quite pricey good evening meal and staff very friendly so pleasant experience. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice.

Located within a retail park, next to the main road. There was no kettle or bottled water in the room and the restaurant is closed on a Friday night. Not the quintessential french guest house I have experienced when staying at other Logis accommodation.

Very nice staff (lady from Venezuela!) - very helpful and attentive manner. Rooms are not the cleanest, but not either.
Spacious family room. The bathroom is a bit small. There is no kettle in the room and the coffee machine was broken. It's not very well soundproofed. We stayed twice in the hotel the 1st time we had noisy neighbors and music in the parking lot, the 2nd time no noisy neighbors it was quieter.

Our room smelt strongly of drains and I believe the staff knew this as the windows were wide open. We did obtain an adequate room when we complained.
Was a good hotel to stay during our trip back home, with a lot of restaurants nearby and a big shoppingcenter.
We stayed here in 2021 and the standard of cleanliness this year was disappointing in comparison.
The tables outside were not cleaned, there was much dust on the desk in the room, although the bathroom was very clean but carpets in the room and on the stairs needed vacuuming.
The restaurant experience was adequate, but not as good as last year. The options were less and the presentation less good.

Très déçue de réaliser que les 20% de commission Booking sont entièrement demandé au client: 122 euros payés sur place après ma réservation via Booking contre 99 si j étais passé en direct par l hôtel, j ai trouvé ça choquant. Je comprends le principe de Booking, et les frais énormes pour les hôteliers,mais là le client est le dindon de la farce.

Family room was Good for 2 adults and 3 kids, everything was clean and Snouck space and towels. Near the Road and restaurants.
Overall a good hotel to stay at while passing through. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed so we had to leave the house. We had booked a room with a cot (baby 10 months). Unfortunately, the room faced the street and motorcycle races were held there at night, so opening the window was not possible and the air conditioning (for us) did not provide the necessary cooling. It is questionable why one is quartered with a baby in a room facing the street.

Very good comfortable hotel, good restaurant and very good breakfast
On the plus side, the staff on reception were excellent, the room clean and comfortable and we were upgraded to one with aircon at no extra cost. On theminus side, there was no aircon in the dining room (with temperatures of 38 degrees C during the day) and the service was very slow. The duvet in the bedrrom was suitable for winter we were either too hot under the duvet or too cold with the aircon on without the duvet. A summer-wight duvet would have been better. Breakfast at €14 per person seemed very expensive. 'Wine by the glass' prices should be shown on the wine list, possibly under the Aperitifs.
