Henri Giraud is a charming hotel with a lovely welcoming staff. My husband and I stayed here two nights during our extended visit around the villages of Champagne. We had a tour of the cellar and the wine tasting with food pairings as an intimate dinner for four. This was a real treat. The room was beautiful with a large patio looking over the vineyards. We had our delicious breakfasts on the patio, the best of all the breakfasts we had during our time in the region.

Manoir Henri Giraud is an absolute gem in the Champagne area. The very small scale, the outstanding modern architecture in a house with lots of character, the garden, the warm welcome, exceptional hospitality, the wellness, the exquisite quality of the winepairing dinner,… it is fabulous.

Das gesamte Team von Henri Giraud verkörpert jene authentische Gastfreundschaft, die einen Gast nicht nur willkommen heißt, sondern ihm das Gefühl gibt, Teil der Maison zu sein. Jeder Mitarbeiter nimmt sich Zeit, teilt sein Wissen mit Begeisterung und erzählt faszinierende Geschichten über Henri Giraud.
Mein Zimmer war schlichtweg grandios: geschmackvoll gestaltet, äußerst komfortabel und mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Gebäude der Maison sowie die umliegenden Weinberge von Aÿ.
Ein besonderes Lob verdient Olivia Harant, die Hoteldirektorin. Mit ihrer außergewöhnlichen Aufmerksamkeit, Professionalität und Herzlichkeit sorgt sie dafür, dass sich jeder Gast rundum umsorgt fühlt. Sie ist stets präsent, hilfsbereit und schafft eine Atmosphäre, in der man sich vom ersten Moment an vollkommen wohlfühlt.
Auch kulinarisch bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Die Küche überzeugt mit großer Finesse, hervorragenden Produkten und einer spürbaren Liebe zum Detail. Jeder Gang war ein Genuss. Und natürlich wäre kein Aufenthalt im Manoir Henri Giraud vollständig ohne die Champagner des Hauses: Sie gehören zweifellos zu den besten, die ich jemals trinken durfte. Präzise, charakterstark, elegant und von bemerkenswerter Tiefe – wahre Meisterwerke im Glas.
Der Spa-Bereich ist eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung. Besonders empfehlen kann ich die Massage mit Kreide-Packung, eine außergewöhnliche Behandlung, die perfekt zur Region passt und ein unvergleichliches Wohlgefühl hinterlässt.
Für mich war es eine der schönsten Hotelerfahrungen in der Champagne und sicherlich nicht mein letzter Aufenthalt.

Le personnel est remarquable : toujours attentionné, disponible et à l’écoute de ses hôtes.
Quant au petit-déjeuner, il est tout simplement excellent. Préparé sous vos yeux avec des produits frais et locaux, il met parfaitement en valeur les saveurs et le savoir-faire de la région champenoise.

We had one of the most memorable stays at Manoir Henri Giraud ! Warnest welcome from Olivia, and the service from all members of staff exceeded our any expectation. So much love and attention to detail is put into this establishment. The delicious and rich breakfasts, the degustation menu with champagne pairing from sommelier Nicola, chef Tom, and all the staff. We are forever fans of Henri Giraud and will be back for sure!
