Salle petit déjeuner inadaptée à la capacité de l’hôtel. Qualité moyenne petit déjeuner.

Haar in bed gevonden en op de handdoek.
Personeel is om half3 ‘s nachts ons komen wakker maken. Iemand had roomservice water&koffie gevraagd, maar stond aan de verkeerde kamer. Hierdoor heb ik nadien niet meer goed geslapen. Kwaliteit van het bed was zeker in orde.
Basic ontbijt.
Liever capsules ipv oploskoffie op de kamer.

The hotel is small boutique style right in the centre close to everything. Very high standards, and comfortable rooms, great staff who we’re very helpful throughout our stay and good buffet style breakfast

The stay was great. The only downside was we informed reception that the chrome cast in our room was not working. Other than a token effort to wiggle the wires it didn't appear much effort was put into resolving this issue. We checked out after four night stay and it hadn't worked for the entirety of our stay.

Our suite was tastefully furnished and well suited for business travelers. The beds and linens are phantastic. We slept like 'god in France'.
The only thing one would expect at a hotel in Épernay was an open bottle of Champagne on the breakfast buffet - at least on the weekend it is a must!

Exceptional service and staff. I lost my luggage on the train and they were able to calmly instruct me as to what to do next. The only qualm my wife and I had was her pillow was not comfortable but we never asked for alternative options.

There are many good things about the hotel. Location and room, garden and breakfast all good. The wardrobe is very short and so I couldn’t hang up trousers or dresses and there was no fridge in the room. The bar isn’t really a bar. You can ask for drinks to be brought to you but the staff are too busy to do it and we gave up. The staff seemed over stretched and did not have time to be friendly.

Very friendly and helpful service, nice rooms, excellent breakfast and extra plus for electric charging of our car. Great location and nice rooftop where you can relax with a glass of champagne!

Coffee needs to be better. In the room and for breakfast.

Would improve our stay if there was a fridge.

A fantastic hotel with a garden right in the heart of the city. The front desk, parking, rooms, cleanliness, and breakfast—everything was exceptional.

Awesome new hotel! Breakfast is really good.

We were greeted in the car park to be told that we could it park, it had not been booked. We did not know that booking was necessary, why not tell us at point of booking? It’s not a nice welcome to be told immediately that we are not welcome to park (after a long drive).
Check-in was lengthy. I gave all the information that I had already supplied in response to your email - what a waste of my time.
The hotel is lovely, the staff very nice. You have bars which are not actually bars and therefore to have a bottle of champagne on the rooftop involved having to leave my group, go downstairs and wait for an ummanned desk to be staffed again so that I old order a bottle. When it arrived, there were two staff to pour. Come on, make it easier to spend money and relax at your hotel.

We really loved the hotel and service. Excellent location, nice new rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.

My stay was spoilt by a very unpleasant encounter with a member of your hotel reception staff. He was very rude and unhelpful.

Rundum sehr zufrieden. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers und auch vom Bad ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden das Hotel Margaux auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la décoration sobre mais luxueuse des chambres et des locaux.
Très belle Rénovation, très beau cadre, qui nous change des hôtels modernes.
L'ensemble du personnel (arrivée, pdj, départ) est très attentionné sans être obséquieux.
Propreté irréprochable des chambres et des locaux.

Lovely room and friendly, very helpful staff.
Great location too. The breakfast was very nice but the only downside was that the buffet area is too small for the number of people there at busy times. Also, it would be bettter to offer table service for fresh coffee or have more than one coffee machine. Queueing for your coffee in the morning is not good!

Nach einer fast dreiwöchigen Rundreise endlich ein Hotel, welches sich komfortabel, modern und hochwertig präsentiert und keine Wünsche offen lässt. Genügend Platz im Frühstücksraum, sowohl für die Gäste wie auch für das Buffet. Sehr schön ist auch die Möglichkeit draußen auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken.
Falls nicht genügend Parkplätze beim Hotel selbst zu reservieren sind, empfiehlt sich das Parkhaus Jard in der Nähe. Das beste Parkhaus, welches wir je gesehen haben. Respekt.
Alles in allem perfekter Aufenthalt.

Een fijn hotel midden in het centrum van Epernay, op loopafstand van de Avenue de Champagne.
Ze hebben het oude gebouw prachtig gecombineerd met de moderne nieuwbouw. De kamers zijn ruim en de airconditioning werkt uitstekend. Een heel fijn ontbijtbuffet en een leuke tuin maken het af. Jammer dat de bar tijdens ons verblijf niet geopend was, dan hadden we daar in de koelte nog een drankje kunnen drinken.

À beautiful hotel in the heart of Epernay . Very impressed that we were met in the car park by Axel from reception . He was very diligent in making us feel welcome and showed us to our room. The room was by far the nicest one we staying during our holiday

cet hotel ouvert recemment à EPERNAY est très bien placé c'est la 2e fois que je viens J'avais une chambre single un peu cher pour EPERNAY mais vraiment bien Le petit déjeuner est vraiment excellent ( produits frais ) victime de son succès il est souvent complet Pour la chambre pourriez vous prévoir du shampoing et après shampoing

Heerlijk hotel accommodatie in de nabijheid van de Rue du Champagne

We stayed at Hotel Margaux as a part of our honeymoon. The hotel was aware of this (we mentioned this 2 times in advance of arriving), but we didn't receive any gesture at all. When my husband asked to arrange something special on our last night, the bottle of champagne was even charged to our bill... Very disappointing as newlyweds.

Perfect location within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and bike rentals. Friendly staff, tasteful interior, nice breakfast, and last but not least, safe parking spaces for our sports cars :-)

Right place and location. Minutes away from the famous Avenue de Champagne.

Hotel Margaux is a beautful hotel on a perfect location in the centre Epernay. Everything is in walking distance. Only a small parking space but a public parking nearby (3 minute walk).
The hotel and room is very clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is amazing.
