Article 1 - Application of the general conditions of sale (GCS)
The present GCS apply to the sales of Logis products, both in France and abroad. The order of these products implies automatically and without reserve the adhesion of the purchaser with these GCS.
The fact that the salesman does not declare using these GCS at a given time, cannot be interpreted like the renunciation of using them later.
Article 2 - Order
The salesman is not responsible for the errors or omissions contained in the information provided by the purchaser and the impossibility of providing the ordered products which could result from it. The orders are final only when the integral payment of the price by the purchaser has been received. After validation of the order, any request for modification or cancellation of the order by the purchaser cannot be taken into account and the versed price cannot be restored.
Article 3 - Payment
Payments are carried out by bank card through the protected system : 'PAYBOX SYSTEM', which uses protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer) so that transmitted information is encrypted by a software and cannot be aknowledged during transportation of it on the network.
Payment of the price is carried out at the time of the order taking. At the request of the purchaser, an invoice on paper emphasizing the VAT shall be sent to him.
Article 4 - Delivery
Treatment of the order is carried out within 7 days starting from its validation by the purchaser, except in case of absolute necessity (war, riots, fire, strikes, impossibility for the salesman of being supplied...). This deadline is given as an indication and if the delivery period exceeds thirty days starting from the order, the sale contract can be cancelled and the purchaser refunded.
The order may be sent to the client’s personal address or directly to the named beneficiary, whichever the client prefers.
Hazards are the responsibility of the purchaser starting from the time when the products have been sent from the salesman's warehouse. In the event of damage during transportation, a justified claim shall be sent, latest three days after the delivery, to the transportation company.
Article 5 - Personal data
In accordance with law 78-17 dated January 6, 1978, personal data relating to the purchaser is the subject of a computerized treatment, except in case of the express opposition of the purchaser.
This computerized treatment has been declared to the CNIL.
The client may at any time access, rectify or delete this information at the LIS.
The information requested at the time of the order is critical to ensuring smooth handling of the order. This information is only intended for Logis (Fédération Internationale des Logis and Logis International Services).
In accordance with current legislation, electronic contracts are filed electronically for 10 years for any contract of an amount exceeding EUR 120. The client is entitled to access this information at Logis International Services.
Article 6 - Litigations
The salesman is only responsible for means during the sale on line using Internet. Its responsibility cannot be engaged because of damage resulting from the use of Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, rupture of service or other problems.
In the event of a litigation or of a complaint, the purchaser will immediately contact the salesman,latest in the 48 hours following the reception of the products :

By default, the conditions of sales on the Internet network hereabove are subjected to the French law and the competence of the Courts of Paris.
