Reserveringsvoorwaarden : To confirm your booking a deposit is required.
For bookings of 3 nights or less, the deposit is equal to the rate of the first night.
For bookings of 4 nights or more, the deposit is equal to 30% of the total booking amount.
The deposit will be charged to the credit card given to guarantee the booking.
The balance is to be settled at the hotel upon departure.
Please call us in case of late arrival.
Annuleringsvoorwaarden : Cancellation policy : to cancel your reservation you must notify the hotel by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The cancellation date is the date on which the hotel receives the letter.
If you you cancel :
More than 30 days prior to check-in :
-> we refund your deposit less 30€ service charge
Between 30 days and 15 days prior to check-in :
-> we charge 30% of your booking total amount
Between 15 days and 7 days prior to check-in :
-> we charge 50% of your booking total amount
Within 7 days of the check-in date :
-> we charge 100% of your booking total amount
