Struttura caratteristica nel centro storico di Arles. Accoglienza estremamente cordiale e disponibilità ad ogni tipo di informazione. Camera molto pulita. Ambiente silenzioso. Colazione assortita ed abbondante nei dolci e nei salati.
L'assenza del parcheggio potrebbe rappresentare un limite che, tuttavia, è superabile grazie alla presenza di posti auto cittadini nelle immediate vicinanze da cui l'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile in pochissimi minuti a piedi.

Réserver par Booking plus jamais, très mauvaise expérience, notre chambre 212,Geôle, sur deux niveaux, escalier en bois style meunier, chambre très très petite, nous avons entre 55 ans est 60 ans, avec mon cancer passer l'âge de grimper, qui est inconfortable à chaque choses à faire, descendre remonter, claustrophobe, je, ou nous n'avons pas pus dormir par peur de faire une crise d'étouffement; 2eme choses, mensonger ne réserve pas de parking, pas pratique, très mal fait. Suite à notre 1er nuit en Geôle pas confortable, nous avons décider, après la 1er nuit de repartir, pas moyen de remboursement par Booking,( se que nous dit la patronne au petit déjeuner) Nous avons prolonger d'une nuit notre enfer, puis tempi, décider de partir avant, (pas moyen de remboursement à travers Booking), honteux de prendre ses visiteurs en otages, mon mari commercial de puis plus de 20 ans, très déçu pas se Logis, (CLAP A TOURISTE)patronne sympas, patron aussi il font leurs boulot, sans plus; Nous souhaitons un remboursement pour la nuits, déçu par l'hôtel; Nous ne retournerons plus jamais dans la région, mauvaise expérience, qui aurais du être un bon weekend; (Un chambre d'Hôtel est très importante représente l'image de la région) Booking très déçu, (Geôle chambre) hôtel région décevantes, nous ne recommandons pas l'hôtel, avec LOGIS ou réservation par BOOKING jamais plus.

Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant et fourni des conseils sur des lieux de restauration ou de visite.
L'hotel a vraiment du charme avec les pierres apparentes etc. Par contre niveau insonorité ce n'est pas terrible. Entre les portes qui claquent et les voisins qui peuvent être bruyants (j'ai entendu un des voisins tirer une chaise ou je ne sais quoi toute la soirée jusqu'à minuit, ce n'est vraiment pas agréable), il manque quelque chose pour réduire tous ces bruits dérangeants.

The only negative was the stairs. Booking.com listing shows “all rooms on 1 floor” which I took as indicating there was no need for a lift. The stairs were difficult with our bags.

My husband and I stayed here two nights in September. My parents had stayed here in 1993 and recommended this hotel in central Arles. My husband was not able to climb the stairs so we were given a ground floor room which was excellent. I enjoyed talking with the matron who was there when my parents visited.

Ruhig und zentral gelegen mitten in der Altstadt. Sehr freundliches Gastgeberpaar.
Zimmer 3 im Souterrain leider ohne Tagessichtschutz zur Gasse, so dass man sich ohne absolute Verdunkelung wie im Schaufenster fühlt. Zimmertüre leider sehr mangelhaft, was in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Reception besonders störend ist.

This was a beautifully maintained hotel, it had charming character and the rooms were lovely and cool on the hot days and evenings. The operators and the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful as needed. Breakfast out in the courtyard was wonderful in the morning cool. The location was central to everything we wanted to do and just 10 minutes walk from the railway station.

Good location but if can provide info on parking and access to the hotel would be more helpful for foreign visitors. Since we didn’t know we need to borrow the pass from the hotel so as to drop off our luggages first and then drive our car to the parking outside the town. It’s kind of confusing.......

I had a very comfortable stay and could choose your hotel again. However, my room was not very clean. The tray to hold shampoo etc in the shower had stale soap debris in the bottom; there was a clump of hair on the skirting board next to the window; the tray holding tea and coffee was dirty ; there was hair on top of the tissues box. In addition, the tea and coffee tray held only a green tea or infusion. There was no black tea or coffee and no milk. But in general the room was comfortable and quiet and you and your staff are ´au top’. I hope you will accept my comments as helpful.

THE ROOM (2) WAS VERY TIRED, DARK AND UNWELCOMING AND NOT PARTICULARLY CLEAN. THERE WERE COBWEBS ON THE LAMPSHADES, THICK DUST ON THE LIGHT BULBS, THE SMALLEST BAR OF SOAP EVER PLUS 2 TINY SACHETS OF SHAMPOO, TWO TEABAGS AND NOTHING ELSE. THE WEBSITE PROMISES A LOT AND DELIVERS VERY LITTLE. wE ASKED THE STAFF IN THE MORNING FOR CHANGE OF A FIFTY EURO NOTE AND THEY SAID THAT THEY DIDN'T KEEP MONEY ON THE PREMISES!! ARLES IS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL CITY BUT OUR FULL ENJOYMENT OF IT WAS OVERSHADOWED BY OUR LESS THAN ENJOYABLE STAY AT THE MUETT. I THINK IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING THAT I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

This was a very attractive and beautifully renovated hotel in a very convenient location for visiting Arles. Although there was no room in the hotel's garage there was public parking close by. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Very Un-hygienic & Dirty. Staff dropped the tongs on the floor & put it back on to the bread without replacing it or cleaned.. Would not be surprised if food was similarly handled. Bread, food or utensils that was dropped on the dirty floor gets picked up to be consumed or used. The hairdryer in the bathroom turn on for about 2 minuets & dies off. When request to replace it, the staff just shake his head & keep saying 'I don't know. I don't use' What kind of service is that? Wifi is so bad, it is almost non-existent. The location is up a small slope & quite a distance away from the train station. The inconvenience is not justified for the service lapse & the lack of amenities (cafes, shops, etc) A BIG NO NO to stay here.

The problem with the size of the wardrobe for the size of the room is the only reason for marking down the fittings of the accomodation.

The room would benefit from mini fridge. We were told there was a bar, but it turned out that we could have sat outside in the evening in the garden for drinks, it was too cold for that so we ended up going to our table earlier for dinner that we had booked for. We had a swim and was told there were facilities for changing but it was a WC that was full of seat covers and mice droppings. We did have a laugh about it so it did't deter from enjoyment of our stay hence my score on Booking.com as I didn't want to complain as there is not much likely hood that this would be the case in normal season.

Very nice personnel, spotless clean, well located. Furniture outdated, small bathroom, breakfast with any vegetables. Also by blocking one night amount on my credit card cause me problems because due to the banking system I will have the money blocked for another few weeks. I don’t understand how this is helping the hotel as I can ask anytime my bank to refuse payment if I want to not allow the hotel to cash the money.

Our only slight complaint about our room was (No 7) it would have been better to have had a chest of drawers - instead of the very large long one at the bottom of the wardrobe. Other than this we were very comfortable.

This hotel is hospitable and welcoming. It has an excellent position and the degree of restoration of the building and each room (right in the centre of the old town of Arles) makes it a real delight it stay in and experience the magic of Arles. It’s a home away from home with exceptional cleanliness and care taken to make one feel at home - cosy, good food and always a smile.We recommend it very highly.

Great hotel staff were terrific very helpful and spoke English well.Room saw clean and the AC worked well.
Breakfast was very good and quite a selection.
Parking is a bit of a problem as there is no free parking within 10 minute walk. This is the same for all hotels in the old city.

Deuxième visite à la Muette.... toujours aussi agréable! Des améliorations au niveau de la salle à déjeuner ont été apportés qui ajoutent au plaisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel. Même si au centre de Arles ont y retrouve la tranquillité.

L'albergo è ben tenuto e centrale. Il personale è disponibile e gentile. Purtroppo la camera era molto piccola e la presenza di scale a chiocciola un po' faticosa per i bagagli. La finestra dando sullo stretto cortile interno dove erano collocati le macchine esterne dei condizionatori rendeva la ventilazione un po' complicata.Nel complesso piacevole con margini di miglioramento.

Hotel amb molt d'encant en un edifici històric, cèntric, superben situat, net, còmode i ben decorat. L'atenció del personal ha estat inmillorable, en amabilitat un 10. No té ascensor i dels murs es despren polsim. La sala dels desdijunis és menuda i atapeïda però té una terrasseta. Cal anar espai amb la torradora i la cafetera que estan molt juntes i és fàcil cremar-se.

L’hotel è delizioso e accogliente merita il soggiorno, anche se a nostro parere è penalizzato da nn avere parcheggio privato, e dal fatto che i parcheggi pubblici sono molto costosi (40€ per 10 ore!) mentre quelli liberi sono distanti. Questo per chi viaggia in auto nn è molto comodo.

Très bon accueil : sourire, disponibilité, gentillesse de tous jour et nuit, à l'accueil et au petit-déjeuner Jolie chambre ( literie confortable , déco sympa, sur rue tranquille )
Salle de bain spacieuse - propre.
Plus de Choix de charcuterie et fromages locaux rendraient le petit -déjeuner parfait.
Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Si nous revenons à Arles, nous reviendrons et nous recommanderons !
