I - BOOKING
Online bookings can only be validated after submitting the details of your VALID credit card, and the deduction of the total amount of the services (excluding tourist tax payable locally).
Providing your credit card details to secure your reservation is considered an approval of the debit authorization on your account and can not be contested.
In case of credit card failure or incorrect information leading to the invalidity of the payment, we will consider your booking as canceled and will be entitled to re-allocate the room.
CHECK IN (arrival) of rooms is made between 15h and 19h the day of arrival. The CHECK OUT (departure) is made at the latest at 10:30 am the day of departure. A provision of rooms from 12:30 can be organized, depending on the possibilities of the service (if any, contact us directly: 05.55.84.47.27 or [email protected]).
In case of arrival beyond 19h, the customer must notify the reception of the hotel. In the absence of information and if no one has arrived for the CHECK IN after 7 pm, the room may be reassigned to another client.

II - MODIFICATION OF RESERVATION
Any modification of reservation is possible without charge. However, we can not guarantee the availability of rooms.
In the event that a modification is not possible, you must respect the original reservation or submit to the cancellation conditions.
For any early departure, the remaining nights will be your responsibility.
III - CANCELLATION
In a minimum period of 48 hours before the arrival date: 100% refund of the amount already charged.
After this period, a refund of 50% of the total amount already collected.
No cause of cancellation will be taken into account for any reservation made less than 48 hours before the date of arrival.
