A very short but welcome stopover at a difficult time, the receptionist was cheerful, helpful and spoke good English, I will use the hotel again on my next journey to France.

Calme - grand parking et petit-déjeuner copieux

Absolutely no problem with the room or staff who were very friendly. Parking was next to our room.
There is a really good restaurant right next door where we had a great meal that was really good value. Can we just keep this between you and I so that the next time we go it's not fully booked? No? Oh, well OK then I highly recommend it!!

chambre 49 :la salle de bain pas de porte serviette,la douche inconfortable revoir le réglage du pommeau de douche qui arrose que le robinet ,plafond vêtus et le module de la climatisation très sale je ne recommanderai pas votre hôtel photos a l’appuie

Bon hôtel pour une escale à Troyes en famille: bon accueil, bon équipement et très bon petit déjeuner.

Le chauffage .. faites un gros effort votre système est vétuste . Pas de sèche serviette dans la salle de bain. On a été gelés les 2 nuits au point de dormir habillés . Et de nombreux clients le reprochent nous ne sommes pas les seuls ça gâche tout le séjour . Quel dommage

Hôtel propre, bonne literie, personnel très gentil (arrivée à 22h30 et personne adorable), parking fermé la nuit. Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Really enjoyed our stopover. Wish the WiFi password would have been passed to us in the instructions.

The beds were very comfortable. The room comfortably slept 2 and the third bed was a proper one not a foldaway bed

This is my third time of visiting this hotel and I fully expect to stay there again. The only criticism this time is regarding the lack of hot water for showering in the morning, when the showers ran cold for quite a lengthy time, no doubt due to demand, but nevertheless something which should not happen.

Room 12 Room smelt of smoke, main light did not work, shower door did not close, fan very squeaky noise.Room 14 no dark curtain over one of the windows.

The pillows were hard and very uncomfortable to sleep on..
Some guests were a little loud, not much sound proofing, none!

Bonjour. Concept petit déjeuner à Revoir..
Rien du tout pour les Vegans sans gluten..quelques fruits mais vraiment ils manquaient de fraîcheur..le café tres moyen,et la charcuterie surtt le jambon manquait aussi de fraîcheur.. pour finir 1personne assez stressé nous accueille...peut-être un sourire et un bonjour le matin serait Bienvenue surtout lorsqu'on inculque les bonnes manières à nos enfants..Un grand bravo pour l'accueil de l'hôtel arrivé et départ.

Excellent rapport qualité prix emplacement idéal pour les magasins d’usines. Personnel accueillant et aimable. Nous reviendront avec plaisir dans cet établissement.

Top quand on vient de loin (300 km)

Un bon hébergement avec un bon rapport qualité/prix pour ce Logis de France qui offre des chambres, façon môtel. Les chambres sont correctes et plutôt bien insonorisées (nous sommes à côté d'une voie rapide). La salle de bain est spacieuse. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit déjeuner avec possibilité de presser des oranges, pour un vrai jus de fruits, et la mise à disposition d'un gaufrier et des verrines de pâte à gaufre. Très bonne idée !

Stayed here twice in a week whilst transiting to/from the UK from Italy. A brilliant hotel, just a stone's throw from the A26. Both nights we (2 adults and 2 rambunctious young children) arrived late at night after about 12 hours on the road - the ability to check in up to 2300 hours is a real benefit - and the duty staff were friendly and welcoming (even calling to make sure we were ok and would arrive before closing time). The double superior rooms were very spacious, (2 large double beds and a double sofa bed as standard with still plenty of floor space to work from), a good sized wet / shower room with a separate toilet opposite. And clean! Parking was within the wire of the hotel complex (secure). Although most people parked at ground level in the outdoor carpark, the underground carpark was high enough to easily fit a 4x4 with large roof box in which also provided plenty of dry space to sort out kit / re-pack the car out of the rain - I think everyone missed a trick there as only one other car was parked down there and the covered stairs brought you out by your rooms, pretty useful with two small kids in the pouring rain. For those who cannot escape the clutches of social media, the Wifi Signal did not reach the rooms we were in (furthest from the reception building) but to be honest, given the time of arrival and the good 4G signal on our phones to plan the next leg, we didn't need it. Wifi closer to the reception / breakfast building was fine (and free) - the rooms closer to that building may well have had signal. The continental breakfast was excellent and I would strongly recommend paying that little bit extra to have it (even my kids, who are fussy eaters at the best of times, enjoyed the food). Overall, the price was very reasonable and this will be our hotel of choice when travelling to/from the UK by road and likely even for a short stay to explore the area in the future.

Bémol important la climatisation de la chambre est vraiment trop bruyante et mériterait un bon nettoyage et entretien

Très bien mais il serait bien d'informer sur la porte d'entrée les heures d'ouvertures de la réception afin de ne pas trouver porte close le matin de bonne heure c'est plus agreable de savoir que l'acceuil sera fermée !

Un bel hôtel avec du carrelage dans les chambres ce qui est rare et très appréciable. Dommage que le ménage ne soit pas à la hauteur des lieux dans la salle de bain et les toilettes (poubelle très sale, toilette non nettoyées avec de l’urine et des excréments. Moisissures dans la douche et plafonds craquelés avec une araignée). Personnel agréable.

Great location, perfect stop between the alps and the channel. Nice big family room, which is rare. Excellent breakfast with terrific variety, and very friendly staff.

Good value for money and a quiet location

Bon accueil, chambre immense (54). Grande salle de bain avec un gros défaut: évacuation de la douche presque bouchée par les cheveux des clients précédents...à peine 2 min sous la douche et les vieux cheveux remontent à la surface et la douche (à l’italienne) sur le point de déborder. Dommage. Sans ça c’était parfait pour ce prix là.

Bonjour, je suis venue plusieurs fois dans cetétablissement et j'étais globalement satisfaite. Cette fois si j'ai réglé et pris ma clé sans vérifier ma chambre Je suis rentrée dans la nuit et le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas 16°C. Le matin je l'ai signalé à l'accueil. La personne m'a dit qu'elle était désolée mais elle ne l'ait aucun geste commercial.

Great stop over en route to Alps. Lovely breakfast with local produce. Good restaurant next door. Overall great value for money.

Logis très agréable d'étape; seul bémol la WIFI qui n'est pas opérationnelle dans les chambres alors qu'elle est présentée comme accessible ce qui pénalise les professionnels ; ce problème ne peut être ignoré en amont ; il est donc regrettable de ne pas prendre les moyens aujourd'hui disponibles pour y remédier et vérifier leur bon fonctionnement ce qui peut détourner une clientèle qui , comme moi ,doit communiquer régulièrement sur internet

Chambre correcte mais chauffage bruyant. Salle de bain avec seulement 2 serviettes pour 3 personnes et pommeau de douche cassé donc pas évident de se doucher.

We love this motel. Our favourite stop over. Comfortable beds. Good bathrooms. Spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast. ( a waffle iron - kids love that!). Plus a courtepaille next door for a good evening meal. Highly recommend.

Lit propre sol sale, salle de bain pas net porte douche cassée remplacée par rideau de douche sale un demi rouleau de papier toilettes. Un bon emplacement pour accès autoroute bien pour voyage d’affaires pas en voyage loisirs. Personnel correcte.

A great basic stop over hotel. Good value for money for a family. Great breakfast, particularly the waffles. Some hooks in the bathroom would be useful.

Excellent rapport qualité prix, un détail manquant, une bouilloire dans la chambre avec thé/café. Manque d'autant plus étonnant que l'hôtel reçoit de nombreux visiteurs venus d'Angleterre. Cet établissement est passable.
Notre séjour aurait été nettement plus agréable si l agent de nettoyage n avait pas laissé une forte odeur de javel dans la chambre.
Quel inconscient !
Aussi, il y a un manque de communication avec les hôtesses d accueil et ceux qui finissent le nettoyage de la chambre.
Les hôtesses d accueil auraient du savoir que la chambre n était pas prête.
À peine avoir reçu l accès à la chambre je trouve l agent qui m a laissé cette forte odeur de javel dans la chambre.
Ce n est pas normal il était 14h30!!!!
Je n ai pas eu le temps de réclamer une nouvelle chambre car je devais partir dans l urgence et rentrer très tard.
Quant au petit déjeuner peu de choix et même ce qui se trouvait au buffet n était pas de bonne qualité (café, pas de Nutella Uniquement des croissants en terme de viennoiseries.
Dommage !

Rapport qualité prix exceptionnel, 50€ la nuit avec une aussi jolie chambre, pas de circulation aux alentours, très bien isolé, grande télé etc, rien à redire.

Very good will recommend to friends, value for money

Petit déjeuner très décevant à ce prix : café d'une qualité médiocre, fromage type emmental insipide, les confitures et miel ne sont pas en portion individuelle et il n'est pas mis à disposition de vaisselle adaptée pour se servir. Salle froide et non accueillante. Le prix du petit déjeuner ne correspond absolument pas au service proposé.

4 pour les équipements de la salle de bain car le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas.

Propre dans son ensemble mais radiateur SDB défectueux, pas de pression au lavabo et cheveux collés sur les murs de la SDB.

Le seul soucis faut que la télévision était trop loin donc télécommande ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Il faudrait une étagère de plus dans la salle de bain.

J'étai déjà venu, je suis revenu et je reviendrai.avec la même satisfaction...(seul petit bémol rideau dans douche pas top cela n'a pas perturbé le séjour)

À notre arrivée 12h30, la chambre n’était pas prête, mais avons eu une autre chambre immédiatement. Tout est pardonné !

arrivée et réception de la chambre,volet cassé,impossible de le remonter,retour réception,2ème chambre,TV remplacée par un écran petit,rouge et blanc et ne fonctionnant pas en plus,retour réception,3ème chambre,volet qui va,grande tv.Le hic dans la salle de bains il n'y a qu'un spot qui fonctionne.Qui fait l'examen de la chambre avant de fermer la porte et de la mettre à disposition du client?Je ne vous en tiens pas rigueur mais ça ne peut plus se reproduire;Le réceptionniste a été parfait.

La tele etait cassé, certaines lampes ne fonctionnaient pas, le radiateur de la salle de bain non plus, la climatisation faisait un bruit d'eau qui coule fortement en permanance

This place would be so much better if the rooms were better maintained. There should not be broken items in the room and its bathroom. It would be a simple matter to seal around showers to stop water leaking onto the floor.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour ! Cependant, la climatisation n'était pas. La réponse du personnel de la réception était que toutes les chambres ont un climatiseur défectueux plus d'un jour. Je pense que c'est une mauvaise chose! Aussi parce que j'ai indiqué correctement lors de la réservation que c'était une exigence qu'il devrait y avoir un bon climatiseur de travail. Comme la chambre était aussi très chaud, j'ai décidé d'ouvrir la fenêtre. Malheureusement, le bruit de l'autoroute à proximité était si fort que nous n'aurions pas pu dormir. Depuis la climatisation était défectueux pour les jours plus tôt, je trouve que votre hôtel aurait dû résoudre ce problème. Pour cette raison, je qualifie le séjour comme MODERATELY!

Petit déjeuner délicieux avec pâte à gaufres maison, gateaux maison, jus d'oranges pressé, et tout ce qu'il faut par ailleurs : fruits, yaourts, croissants au beurre, fromage, charcuterie. Super !

Only disappointment was seeing vans taking up disabled parking places. Appreciate there were no disabled guests but I'd not s sign not a caring management. By early evening the disabled bays were all occupied by commercial vehicles.

We have stayed here regularly and always found it clean and comfortable. In room facilities such as tea/coffee/water would help especially as we have always arrived late in the evening

Shower bracket loose and fixed too low on the wall. Had to jiggle the flush button to stop WC cistern emptying. I think the spaces between the bedroom blocks could be landscapped and greatly improve the external appearance.

Il manque des étagères dans la salle de bain pour poser nos affaires, un petit tabouret pour les enfants. Pour le petit déjeuner il y avait très peu de salé mais les produits sont bons. Un grand PLUS pour le confort de la literie

Très bel hôtel, bien situé, calme. Personnel aimable, souriant et à l'écoute du client. La chambre est très spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain. Les équipements sont corrects. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Le restaurant à côté est appréciable après un long voyage. Seul bémol, impossible de se connecté, le wi-fi n'a pas fonctionné.

Een ideale tussenstop voor een reis naar het zuiden. Rustig gelegen, goed geïsoleerde kamer, aangename airco. Een comfortabel bed. Een ontbijt met ruime keuze. Gemakkelijke parkeergelegenheid op het terrein. Ligging naast de Courte Paille.

Outstanding features: make your own waffles and orange juice at breakfast. Also we left a precious cross necklace in the bedroom, staff had kept this for our return 2 weeks later. Very honest and efficient service, we will recommend this as a great place to stop en route to the south of France from the UK.

We waren zo tevreden over deze overnachting tijdens de heenreis, dat we dit hotel ook voor de terugreis hebben geboekt. Prima aan de route. Een aanrader!

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Bonne literie, tv dans la chambre mais pas de canal +. Salle de bain agréable, manque juste un pare douche pour éviter les projections dans toute la pièce. Climatisation appréciable surtout par canicule. Petit déjeuner copieux et salle très immense un plus.

Répondait à nos attentes dans l'ensemble, néanmoins la salle de bain était vétuste et le petit déjeuner n'était pas de qualité, dommage.

I have stayed there several times before and are very happy with comfortable bed, side tables and plugs near bed for phones and desk for computers, the massive bathroom and shower. My only complaint was that we were put in room 8 as we have 2 large dogs, but the way that the bathroom door opened meant that there was only room for us and dogs if door was kept wide open. Would be better if either sliding door, or door opened into bathroom.

Très bon établissement. Bien situé et très bon rapport qualité prix.Très bon couchage

Partie non diffusable car donnée à titre amelioration:
manque de miroirs dans la chambre (se trouve dans le placard),
miroir grossissant de la sdb un peu haut et inutilisable pour taille moyenne (10cm trop haut)
gros point négatif réside dans la propreté et usure de la couverture d'appoint, (tâches suspectes sur bordure brillante) Enfin attention au bouton électrique chauffage sdb et celui commandant la clim qui ne fonctionne pas à 100% ou mal accroché chambre 25.
Ce sont des points facilement remediables.

C'est une honte de voir les draps non changés avec des traces de sang des poils et cheveux sans compté les insectes dans les lits rouleau de papier toilette vide dans la salle de bain et après on veut faire croire qu'ils ont oublié de faire la chambre mais ce n'est pas vrai puisqu'ils avaient des serviettes propres et les lit été fait sauf pas voulu changer les draps vous pouvez être sûr que vous nous verrez plus et compter sur moi pour en parler sur toutes les plateformes possibles !!!!!!!!
PS: C'est dommage que je n'y ai pas pensée plutôt, j’aurais dû appeler le service d'hygiène

Très bon accueil, la chambre est très bien, et spacieuse. Elle mériterait peut-être d'être un peu plus meublée. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner, produits frais, pâtisserie est faites maison, gaufres et crêpes à faire sois-même. Le buffet est réapprovisionner régulièrement. Bravo

Poorly decorated, poor cleanliness, there was black mold in our shower so could not use it!! bedding was shabby and looked unwashed, room smelt strongly of mound and stale cigarettes.

Nous avons été bien accueilli. La chambre est parfaite, vu la chaleur qu'il faisait la clim nous à été salutaire.
Le petit déjeuner était excellent et copieux. Je le recommande à tous mes amis.

Very helpful receptionist. Very welcoming. If you could just check Room 10 because the hairdryer is not working and the shower needs an attachment to stop it spraying horizontally. This is a low cost hotel but the people make it much more than a budget place. Very good value for a stopover heading south.

Great hotel in a good location with a nice restaurant next door. Would definitely stay with you again. We were travelling with a 4 month baby so would have been useful to have a kettle in the room.

Very welcoming- quick check in. Arrived late at night and had a call from hotel to check arrival time - reassuring. Breakfast great - good value continental with cook your own waffles!
Could do with a mirror in the bedroom and brighter lights but overall very good value for money.

Cela fait 4 ou 5 fois que l'on s'arrête dans cet établissement chambre plus que correcte (a part clim qui ne souffle que du froid en position hiver)et qualité petit déjeuner en déclin 9,5€ par personne et café long ou expresso imbuvable...

Das Hotel ist super. Wir buchen es in jedem Jahr auf unserer Durchreise.

Everything was ok apart from 2 things - the control for the aircon unit in our room (room 11) didn't work, We couldn't lower the heat and it was 29.5 degrees by the time we woke up! Told reception but they said it was working ok. Heater in bathroom wouldn't switch off once switched on (didn't realise it was a heater) and it went on for ages.

We zijn hier regelmatig 1 nacht, met de hond. Vriendelijke mensen, goede kamer, prima ontbijt, prima ligging (bij de doorgaande wegen), Courtepaille op 2 minuten lopen, MacArtherGlenn op 5 minuten in de auto .. alles gewoon prima in orde.

Kamer was zeer goed, het douchegordijn is dringend aan vervanging toe.

Bij onze terugkeer van Zuid-Frankrijk naar België is Hotel des Sources een vaste overnachting geworden...een aanrader

Nous avons vu une tâche de sang sur le drap housse au niveau de la tête. Dans l'ensemble, c'est une bonne adresse.

Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude suite à un problème technique.
La douche était glaciale. Cela nous un peu "refroidit" le week-end... Nous comprenons que c'est ponctuel et indépendant de votre volonté mais nous apprécierions un geste commercial de votre part.

Hôtel de transit dans une zone commerciale à proximité d’un restaurant courte paille dans lequel on nous fait bénéficier d’un rabais de 15% sur le repas du soir (carte donnée à l’accueil de l’hôtel).
Très bon petit déjeuner, varié et avec jus d’orange frais pressé. Mon fils a beaucoup apprécié la gaufre au nutela qu’il a cuit lui même (pâte à gaufre prédosée et gaufrier à disposition). La chambre est grande et confortable mais un peu sombre. Les WC sont séparés. La chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas bien mais a vite été réparée par le monsieur de l’accueil. La salle d’eau manque de serviettes ( 2 grandes serviettes pour trois personnes, pas de petite). Grande douche largement ouverte mais pas de place pour étendre les serviettes humides ni pour poser les vêtements ( juste 2 petits crochets). Dommage car cette salle d’eau est spacieuse. Il manque une parois de douche et un sèche serviettes pour plus de confort surtout si on reste plus d’une nuit.

Good all rounder if travelling through France. Really like the easy parking and motel style feel of the place. The next door restaurant has improved since last year and produces good food at a decent price plus was very friendly.

Hôtel impeccable, petit déjeuner moyen, soirée étape au Courtepaille à côté avec un menu étape minimaliste qui me ferait malheureusement chercher un autre hôtel s’il me fallait rester plus de 2 nuits. Il suffirait peut-être de proposer différents niveaux de tarifs soirée étape pour palier à ce petit souci.

C’est un bel hôtel moderne, confortable et très propre. Il est idéalement situé, c’est à dire vraiment à 5 minutes à pied du Centre McArthur Glen! Très bon rapport qualité / prix

Prima locatie waar we regelmatig graag een nachtje verblijven met de hond.
Twee punten van kritiek: 1) de kamers zijn doorgaans vrij warm, zomer en winter, en lastig koeler te krijgen; 2) de douchekoppen mogen een betere bevestiging krijgen en ook wat vaker ontkalkt worden. Verder niets dan lof over dit uitermate vriendelijke hotel.

It is simple and more than adequate as a stopover on longer journeys.

L’accueil est très sympa, la personne qui nous a accueilli était serviable. Toutefois, la chambre était plutôt sommaire avec une odeur désagréable de tabac froid. Les joins de la porte de douche étaient noirs, donc moisis et à changer d’urgence. La ventilation faisait du bruit toute la nuit, il nous a fallu arrêter le chauffage. L’odeur désagréable de la chambre s’est incrusté dans nos vêtements. Le papier toilette est de très mauvaise qualité.
Je pense qu’avec un peu d’exigence la qualité serait largement meilleur sans augmenter le rapport qualité prix.

Plutôt bon rapport qualité prix et nous n avions pas trop exigeance pour la raison de notre séjour soit balade aux magasins de Troyes sinon plutôt moyen pour séjour détente ou vacances, en revanche je tiens à le préciser personnel très acceuillant et très pro !

I think it is important that maintenance checks are carried out more thoroughly and more frequently to avoid the problems that we encountered. I hope that I receive an adequate response to my complaint because the hotel is very convenient for us and I would like to continue using it.

Hôtel correct pour une nuit.Literie très confortable ,chambre et salle de bains très propres.
Mais le décor très froid et l’absence de petites attentions telles une boîte de mouchoirs, une bouilloire électrique avec café et thé..ne donnent pas envie d’y séjourner plus longtemps.
Dans la salle de bains il n’y a rien pour poser les serviettes , là aussi les prestations sont un peu « spartiates ».
En fait il manque peu de choses pour que cet hôtel ne reste pas dans la catégorie hôtel de passage .

Très bon hôtel, à proximité des zones commerciales. Chambre très spacieuse, légèrement défraichie mais néanmoins agréable et bien équipée. Un vrai plus : endroit très calme. Il s agissait de notre 2eme séjour dans cet hôtel, nous y retournerons certainement.

Hôtel bien situé, accueil impeccable.Taille de la chambre correcte mais rien pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain et pas de sèche serviettes.
Peu de choix pour le petit déjeuner : plus de compote, plus de gâteaux maison, pas de brioche.

Chambre familiale impeccable et spacieuse. Couchage très confortable.Elle était parfaite pour accueillir 2 adultes et 2 enfants.

Dans l ensemble très bon séjour.Juste quelques petites remarques : 2 portes serviettes supplémentaires dans la salle de bain seraient bien.
Dessus de canapé, un peu vieillot.
Miel au petit déjeuner, dommage qu il ne soit pas direct producteur.
Bien entendu, cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour.

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Cerpendant il faudrait plus de rangements dans la salle de bain car elle est spacieuse et cependant on cherche où pauser les affaires (vêtements, serviette, trousse de toilette, etc.).

L'hôtel est bien placé, le parking souterrain est un plus, surtout l'hiver, l'accès direct au restaurant est pratique

Hotel très agréable et rapport qualité/prix intéressant. Argument de poids: à 5 minutes à pieds des magasins d'usine Glenn Mc Arthur! Mais si l'on va plus loin (centre-ville) attention à rentrer tôt car l’hôtel est assez loin à pied et les transports en commun s'arrêtent tôt en soirée (mais taxis disponibles).

Très bon accueil, hôtel propre, confortable, bien placé. Bon petit-déjeuner. Par contre une paroi sur la baignoire serait utile pour éviter d'éclabousser.

Accueil très amical. Chambre très propre et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner complet et varié. Le seul petit bémol serait le manque d’un fauteuil dans la chambre. Ça serait bien pour ne pas toujours devoir s’asseoir sur le lit pour un moment de détente.

Le restaurant Campanille fait 15% de réduction aux personnes logeant dans l'hôtel.

Excellente situation (proximité de Troyes et des autoroutes).Hôtel très pratique, sans charme particulier, qui répondait bien à ce que j'attendais.

Parfait! Tres agreablement surpris par la qualite du logement et du petit dejeuner..surtout les gaufres! Et a proximite d un courtepaille ce qui est tres pratique lors d une etape de voyage

La chambre pour 4 est très spacieuse et très calme. Manque de finitions dans les toilettes : 2 murs ne sont pas carrelés, une charnière de la porte a été cassée et le carrelage de la chambre a été mal nettoyé après la fin du chantier ou des travaux.
Manque de VMC dans la salle de bain, la chambre est pleine de condensation le matin si on ne met as la clim assez fort.
Dans cette chambre pour 4, il faudrait des portes serviettes dans la salle de bain et au moins 4 patères.
Le parking sous terrain est également non terminé : parpaings apparents et pas de marquage de place au sol, quelques restes de chantier dans les coins...

Hôtel confortable dans le lequel nous séjournons régulièrement. Les chambre et salle de bains sont spacieuses et propres, bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est varié, abondant et bon. Les hôteliers sont accueillants. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

Family hotel room very very spacious with very comfortable beds.
Breakfast was somewhat dissapointing/sloppy. Cereal selection all too sugary, the egg yolks were very overcooked.

But if you want a very comfortable bed then id recommend this if travelling to or from the south !

We were very happy with our stay. No complaints at all. The staff were friendly and helpful.
There was plenty of space to park our car.
The room and bathroom were spacious.
The bed was very comfortable.
The shower cubicle was larger than most.
We did not have breakfast as we were leaving very early the next morning.
We had a meal at the steak restaurant next door. Hotel guests have a 15% discount. The meal was excellent and very good value.
The McArthur Glen shopping centre is just two minutes drive from the hotel.
Also, the InterMarche supermarket is nearby, with reasonably priced fuel for our car. Much lower than motorway services prices.
We would definitely recommend the hotel.

A very serious hotel and nice building (not far the motoway) with a very good parking and very kind staff. For a stop during the crossing of area this is really perfect. Th rooms are very comfortable and we appreciated the possibility to keep our dog with us. The quality of services is excellent and the atmosphere very satisfying. It would be possible to add to bathroom products: my single remark. In short this hotel is excellent.

It is a useful hotel for an overnight stop while travelling on the autoroute. All the basic facilities are there.Whether it is a good base for exploring Troyes or the surrounding area, I cannot say, but it should be a good base for Troyes.
It would be more attractive as a hotel base if it had a swimming pool, but this is not critical for an overnight stay, and I think this is the target market.

Très bien. Bon accueil.Grande chambre triple avec les produits de base dans la salle de bains. Seul petit bémol, le lit qui couinait (pas idéal lorsqu'on se lève plusieurs fois dans la nuit et que toute la famille dort dans la même chambre mais sinon très bonne literie. Nous avons appréciés le petit déjeuner avec les gâteaux maison l'appareil à gaufres...

De passage pour une nuit j’ai été satisfait de cet hôtel la chambre est spacieuse pour 4 personnes. Seuls bémol n’etant Pas fumeur il m’a semblé qu’une odeur persistante de tabac était présente dans la chambre et une des taies d’oreiller ne semblait pas être très propre les draps étaient froissés.Mais dans l’ensemble je recommande cet hôtel sans problème il est très bien situé par rapport aux magasins d’usine j’y reviendrai

The hotel advertises air conditioning but the unit had clearly not been cleaned or recharged with freon for some time as it did not particularly generate much cool air. As we stayed in August this was disappointing. There was only 1 pillow each and these were very thin. It would be nice to have a couple of spare pillows stored in the wardrobe. If those 2 things were done I would be scoring 10 across the board.

Make sure that the air con is actually working properly in all rooms - get a booster for the wifi signal.

We had a friendly welcome and the room was clean and well appointed. Connecting to the WiFi was a little hard but it was good for a free service. The room was of a much better standard than we had anticipated which was a nice surprise.

Bon hotel. Bien situé au calme a proximité de troyes et des magasins d'usine. Chambre triple spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain avec grande douche à l'italienne. Petit détail qui pourrait etre amélioré la peinture ecaillee dans les toilettes et sdb et plus de choix de pain frais au petit dej.

We have stay at this hotel many times on our way back to the UK. The gentleman on reception is always so lovely and welcoming. The rooms are clean, but starting to look a little worn out, but I am sure a coat of paint can sort that out. Overall, always enjoy our overnight stay.

Très bon hotel, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. L'accueil est parfait ! et le courtepaille à coté répond bien aux petits comme aux gros appétits !

Dans l'ensemble, votre établissement est confortable. Le lit retapé rapidement, le linge de toilette non changé sont cohérents pour un séjour cours et une attitude écologique. La douche laisse à désirer, très peu d'eau donc long pour se rincer

Un hôtel de passage avec beaucoup d’étrangers. Ce qui explique sans doute l’absence de service, d’amabilite et d’effort par le personnel. Le tapage nocturne a été très désagréable sans intervention du personnel au vu du temps que ces bruits ont duré.

Nous avions séjourné plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel qui nous avait jusqu'ici donné entière satisfaction. Nous avons beaucoup regretté cette fois, le dysfonctionnement de la climatisation et du mitigeur de la douche/baignoire qui ne permettait que de l'eau très chaude sans possibilité d'en réguler la température.

Very comfortable beds , air con a real asset. The bathroom although very spacious and clean would benefit from a re-fit to a shower enclosure instead of a bath with hand-held shower .Would definitely use again if ever in the area.

Je m’arrête dans cet établissement 1 à 2 fois par an et c’est toujours avec autant de plaisir et sans mauvaises surprises. J’ai toujours reçu un très bon accueil, l’établissement est propre, la déco des chambres est chouette. Très bonne literie et emplacement de l’établissement est au calme. Parfait je le conseil et je reviendrai.

Underground carparking was unfinished and the stairs were not clean.With a few small improvements the hotel is good for an overnight stay when travelling and is convenient to the motorway.

I have stayed here 3 times before without problem. Very unhappy this time.

1ère réservation dans un hotel logis deFrance. Très belle surprise. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Proximité restaurant courte paille avec remise 15%.Accueil très agréable.

Ideal stopover location, surprised how good the hotel was, good quality room with a wet room. The steakhouse next door was a bonus, good food and service was great, 11 of us ate and nothing was a problem to them.

Hôtel agréable malgré la proximité d'une route passante. Très bon accueil et super petit déjeuner pour un prix abordable,pouvoir faire des gaufres j'adore.

Update reception room and breakfast room. It looks old and warn out.

was very pleased with room as we have two small dogs and was easy to take them out.Also we had an early start it made it easy as car park was just outside regards.

il manquait simplement des flacons de shampoing, nous n'avions que du savon dans la salle de bain. Tout le reste était parfait

Es war möglich ein kleineres Zimmer gegen ein größeres mit Zuzahlung zu tauschen. Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt, sauber und hatte ein wunderbar bequemes Bett. Jederzeit wieder, diesmal auch auf der Rückreise.

Trés bon séjour. Hotel Idealement placé à 3 minutes du centre commercial mac arthur glen et 15 minutes du centre ville de troyes. Chambre spacieuse bien aménagée. Personnel charmant. Propreté impeccable. Parking gratuit. Petit déjeuner varié. On a meme eu droit a des gaufres faites maisons. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Je recomande vivement.

Bien sûr il ne faut pas attendre un service de luxe ni un cadre de charme.Par contre l'hôtel est propre et bien tenu, très facile d'accès et le rapport qualité-prix est très bon.

Je ne m'attendais pas à ce que l'hôtel soit si proche d'un centre commercial. La situation est surtout avantageuse pour la personne qui veulent acheter des vêtements de marque ce qui n'était pas notre cas.

Ours was just a stopover on our way back to Calais to catch the ferry. Hotel was very well situated, about 10 minutes off the autoroute.One aspect that would have been nice is a tea/coffee tray in the room. Tea/Coffee was available at reception but having drinks available in the room would be better.
If I am near Troyes again I would definitely use this hotel for a stopover.

A chaque étape à Troyes, pour visiter la ville, aller voir des expositions ou un musée et aussi pour se rendre dans les magasins d'usines, le choix de l'hôtel est important et celui-ci répond à ces besoins : hôtel bien situé à proximité des magasins, accès facile à la ville, chambres confortables, accueil sympathique, parking facile d'accès et aussi petit-déjeuner buffet varié et copieux avec un petit plus fort appréciable pour démarrer la journée : les gaufres à déguster chaudes !!!

Accueil très agréable. La chambre double est très spacieuse.Très satisfait des prestations, seulement dommage que la fixation de la pomme de douche dans la salle de bain soit absente. Pas très pratique.

Très bon hôtel bien localise surtout si vous voulez faire les magasins d usines chambre propre et bien insonorisée bonne literie . Le parking est un plus . Et le petit déjeuner avec ses produits maison (pudding flan compotes .....) est très bon et en plus peu cher.

Hotel bien situé par rapport à la rocade et la zone commerciale. Insonorisation entre les chambres à revoir, chambres sans charme pour une étape rapide. Bon petit déjeuner. Bien vu les -15% chez Courtepaille à côté.

Breakfast excellent value, room very good value, restaurant next door convenient and pleasant. A less drab colour scheme for the room would be nice but isn't important. The lavatory seat was a bit loose (room 28).

Bon accueil notamment le soir de notre arrivée. hall d'accueil un peu froid et décoration impersonnelle. Un peu de chaleur dans les matériaux et décoration serait un vrai plus.

Op de terugreis van Montpellier naar Belgie,maken wij reeds enkele jaren gebruik van dit hotel...tot onze volledige voldoening.Dit keer was er één minpuntje:het ontbijt kan vanaf 7.30u en om 7.45u stond het ontbijt nog niet volledig klaar.

We thought the location was good for an overnight stop on our journey to the Med. It's not far from the motorway and has the bonus of being close to a huge MacArthur Glen shopping outlet.

No information in room.Shower head holder broken.

A convenient stop en route. Would probably stop again but might skip breakfast! Tea/coffee making facilities would be good. Also the shower screen did not meet the bath so the water goes all over the floor!

Très bon accueil. Personnel souriant et aimable. Petit déjeuner très copieux et à volonté. Chambre parfaite, bien isolée.

A part le pb télé mon court séjour s'est très bien passé

The room was very spacious, comfortable and well presented. The only minor issues we had were:
The shower head holder was worn and did not hold the head properly.
There was no tea/ coffee making facility in the room. After a 6 hour drive this was a little disappointing. The restaurant next door would not serve just drinks. The gentleman at reception to his credit did make us a drink but at a cost of 7 Euro for a small cup of coffee and a couple of small bottles of water.
However we would not let this put us off staying again, we would just know what to expect.

E' un motel da autostrada, comodo, pulito e confortevole, ma non ha nulla che assomigli all'atmosfera tipica dei Logis. Molto freddo e anonimo.

Trés bien dans son ensemble, il faut juste penser à nettoyer le sol de la chambre ou des traces de chaussures, certes très difficile à enlever, ternissent le cachet de la chambre.
