Reserveringsvoorwaarden : In order to guarantee your reservation, the Hotel Les Arobiers requires your credit card number, as well as expiration date and CVC code (3 numbers at the back of your card).
At the confirmation the hotel Les Arobiers will require :
- For the stay inferior to 3 nights, the full amount of your stay will be charged at the confirmation.
- For the stay superior to 3 night, 25% of the full amount of your stay will be charged at the confirmation.
The balance of the amount of your stay and extra services will be charged at the check out.
Your reservation is guaranteed as per rates and conditions indicated for requested dates and period. Rates can be amended by the hotel if the number of person accommodated in the room(s) is not the same than the one originally reserved. These rates or conditions could not be applied to future reservations.
Annuleringsvoorwaarden : Cancellation must be submitted by email or fax or letter.
- for the stay inferior to 3 nights, you can cancel your reservation without charge until 72 hours before your arrival date.
- for the stay superior to 3 nights, you can cancel your reservation without charge until 15 hours before your arrival date.
Past this delay, the required amount corresponding to deposit will be kept.
No-show or shortened stays have to be fully paid.
