Etablissement magnifique au coaur d'une nature non moins magnifique. Expérience à renouveler.
Un moment de détente dans un cadre chaleureux et authentique avec une vue dont on ne se lasse pas.
Peut-être un manque d’information sur l’utilisation du spa de la piscine et du jacuzzi!
La vie de Château !! Magnifique parc, balade en foret le matin, visite des cochons qui font le recyclage alimentaire...J'ai adoré la petite chapelle, la vue et le bâtiment...Le personnel est très attentif, une belle cuisine, jolis vins, superbe salle de restaurant...Je reviendrai avec plaisir...

What a treat! This is a gorgeous chateau (castle) overlooking Mont Blanc and the beautiful Alps. The spacious room we had on the first floor was beautifully decorated to a high standard and had mountain views. We were unable to have dinner in their restaurant due to being fully booked, but the staff helped us with finding elsewhere to have dinner. The wellness centre on the top floor is worth a visit. Highly recommend this place.

Chateau des Avenieres is a Beautiful chateau in the hills above Cruseilles with stunning views across the mountains and to the distant lake Annecy, amazingly elegant richly restored interiors and a great spa experience included. Would definitely come back. Food is highest haute cuisine but there is also a relaxed vibe. Dress up or dress down, either will feel comfortable. The staff at breakfast, lunch and supper and at reception are all so friendly and it’s clear they enjoy their team and work. Thankyou La famille Odin for creating a very special sectes of nature just half an hour from Geneva

The hotel location is great.
The service is very friendly, but lacking a night porter and having the restaurant closed for two nights per week is not so great.
Our junior suite Louisiana was wonderful with the terrasse and view, but a little aged.
Une magnifique expérience dans un cadre sublime, un environnement unique et un personnel aux petits soins. Tout est fait pour que le séjour soit le plus inoubliable possible.
Nous avons passé 4 jours dans l'établissement Le Château des Avenières et nous avons réellement apprécié l'expérience.
Nous avons pu profiter du buffet petit déjeuner qui était vraiment complet (céréales, viennoiseries, charcuteries, fromages, pain frais, omelettes, produits laitiers, choix de jus de fruits, fruits frais, etc...). De quoi plaire à tout le monde.
Nous avons également mangé au restaurant les 3 soirs et tout était réellement excellent ! La qualité des produits et du service sont vraiment au rendez-vous.
La chambre est à la fois confortable et respecte parfaitement l'ambiance du château.
Des petites douceurs sont mises à votre disposition directement dans la chambre (nous avions des noisettes tous les jours).

Bonne expérience mais quelques points d’amélioration à prendre en compte, compte tenu du standing affiché par l’hôtel:
-Accueil: je nai pas apprécié d’avoir à régler l’intégralité du séjour 2 semaines avant. Systeme de pré paiement et d’échange par mail pas rassurant.
- Accès : pas de panneau / fléchage sur la route indiquant la proximité de l’hôtel
- Équipements: lumière automatique dans wc et dressing à éviter, pas toujours des serviettes dispos à la piscine, certaines chaînes de la tv ne fonctionnent pas, chambre un peu petite.
- Service: choix de places au petit déjeuner limité aux tables dressées (on ne se met pas ou l’on souhaite) .
L’espace réservé au service du petit déjeuner n’est pas assez étalé donc difficile d’accès si plus de 3-4 personnes.
- Ménage : un pyjama emporté avec le changement des draps (merci à la personne de l’accueil d’avoir vidé les sacs de linge sale pour le retrouver)

Le parc et sa piscine sont splendides jusqu’au détail au matin du jardinier qui coupait le gazon à la tondeuse manuelle sans bruit.

Our stay was my gift to my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the Château des Avenières truly lived up to its promise.
Every member of the team, made us feel genuinely at home and completely at ease, including a hand written welcome note, placed in our room!
The Château views are simply priceless, with breathtaking panoramas of the Alps, including Mont Blanc and Lake Annecy.
The relaxed pace, generous space, and high quality of service elevate the entire stay. Our dining - equally memorable in the elegant, sunlit dining room and on the terrace overlooking the mountains. The breakfast selection was outstanding, featuring local cheeses, fresh breads, and regional honeys.
It all comes together to create a luxurious and leisurely start to our truly special celebration day.
Un superbe moment hors du temps et plein de charme
We arrived late at night, but were welcommed in a professional and pleasing way. We had a delightful meal at det terrace before we had a good night at det house on the grounds. The AC did not work perfectly in one of the rooms, but it did not ruin the night.
A nice breakfast on the terrace in the sun and the beautiful outlook over the mountains and valley below was a good start on the day before we started the drive down to the french riviera.
We would love to come back to this beautiful Chateau again, but next time we need more time to explore both the chateau and the beautiful surroundings.

Well appointed and very nicely decorated hotel between Geneva and Annecy. Beautiful dining room and views from the hotel generally. The lovely restaurant was excellent, as was the service. Parking at the hotel was easy. My room was the turret room, which was quirky and not what I had anticipated from the photographs and the choice made online. There was no shower and the bath/shower arrangement were part of the room. Access to the bathroom involved stepping over a beam. The toilet did not have a hand sink, as is common in France. Upstairs was a private patio on the roof with wonderful views over the alps. The bedroom was undoubtedly comfortable, and although very unusual, was of a high standard. I would stay at the hotel again, not least for the restaurant.

The Hotel is in the mountains with magnificent views. The Restaurant is outstanding though closed on Monday and Tuesday and the staff are very helpful.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, leider nur eine Nacht, wunderschönes Hotel, die Lage, der Empfang, das wunderbare Abendessen im Restaurant M, das tolle Frühstück und last but not least das äusserst freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal! Ich hoffe, dass ich bald wieder dort nächtigen kann!

I first stayed at Avenieres about 27 years ago. Since then, it appears to have gotten even better. The fit and finish of the interior spaces is well done. The reception was warm and friendly. Food service and food were great. Views magnificent, and from well-decorated rooms. So, yes, it is now one of my favorite local places. Love it!

Loved our stay at thid hotel! Very clean, beautiful hotel with such friendly staff. We are very picky about the hotels we stay at , and this one didn’t disappoint!
