-chambre très confortable, bien équipée.
- très bonne insonorisation car près de la route
- excellent dîner au resto gastro qui mérite son étoile

- couette un peu trop épaisse ( comme dans la majorité des étoiles)
I loved my stay, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and to a very high standard and the food was delicious! Could not fault my stay at all!

It seems that this residence wants to be a hotel, but acts like it’s a restaurant with rooms and the staff act accordingly. Hotel guests seem to be an irritation as they focus on the main business of the restaurant. Our first night being a Saturday, there was life and we ate in the non M* restaurant, tucked away from view of the other diners. The receptionist looked in disgust at me when I asked for this restaurant.
On the Sunday & Monday nights we stayed, it was a ghost residence. No service of food or drink available and I think we were one of the only rooms booked.
The room was very pleasant and clean, but why we were given a room overlooking a side wall when no one was in the hotel I don’t know either.
Breakfast is Euro40 and was ok the first morning, but as the kitchen was closed the next two mornings, it was pretty obvious no fresh food was being served.

Séjour décevant et oas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles.
Points positifs : déjeuner gastronomique savoureux et joli décor, service correct / literie 5 étoiles / coin sauna sympa.
Points négatifs : pas de restauration le samedi soir pour les résidents si pas de reservation (pas de solution trouvée) : ça n’est pas acceptable dans ce genre d’établissement.
Piscine petite et surtout non utilisable (pas aux normes) au mois de septembre c’est trés embêtant surtout quand cela fait parti des critères importants pour le séjour. Nous avons eu un petit dédommagement.
Le dimanche midi, snack dans le jardin, non débarrassé de la journée. Service inexistant excepté le dimanche soir avec Hugo qui prend soin des hôtes.
Environnement extrêmement bruyant : route et bar pmu en face.
Cadre exceptionnel, personnel et service de très haute qualité !
Si veda la risposta albergatoreWe dined as a group of six - a la carte and I think everyone was delighted with their dishes but the star of the night was the helpful and knowledgeable sommelier who guided us through the carte des vins expertly and we all were very pleased with the suggestions. As you would expect from a splendid restaurant.

The hotel feels like a side business, while the restaurant is main. Examples: the hotel guests get served drinks only in the lounge area where there is no proper arrangement, and it always took very long as the staff was busy with the restaurant guests. The hotel otherwise does not really feel as a 5* - no service at the pool area, no extras, but very comfortable and functional

Si veda la risposta albergatorePour un hotel de luxe, on m’a attribué la chambre de quelqu’un d’autre à l’arrivée, pour le prix de plus de 300€ la chambre est assez petite et le bruit de la rue est présent. Le lieu est agreable mais il faut améliorer les attentions dans la chambre (car le restaurant est excellent mais cela ne se ressent pas dans la chambre. C’est dommage.
Enfin ce témoignage m’a été envoyé au moins 20 fois avec de multiples rappels : c’est trop et inadmissible. Chacun doit pouvoir décider soit même si on repond ou pas à ce questionnaire…là vous avez recu de mauvais avis par force de m’avoir forcé à repondre

Ce n’est à mon sens pas une prestation digne d’un 5 étoiles. La piscine est petite et salle. 1 seul serveur (très gentil) pour tout le restaurant et le bar le lundi soir… une longue attente.
Rien à dire sur la qualité et décoration des chambres.
Mais une impression de désert dans cet hôtel… et est ce à cause du lundi ?! Pourtant en plein mois d’août c’est la haute saison?!
Dommage…

Si veda la risposta albergatoreThis is a lovely hotel no doubt however it’s just missing a few things. The hotel is very quiet inside so if you need anything you have to hunt down a staff member. If you're using the pool there is no checking in with you. You need to go looking for people if you needed anything. I found myself having to go back to reception in my swimming shorts to find someone to give us some water. The hotel is centred around its Michelin star, which I'm sure is worth congratulations. However for people that don't want to eat very very expensive fine dining food, you need to go looking for dinner options elsewhere. Extremely expensive breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, as there is only one Michelin-star restaurant available. You also can't eat any food around the pool. You have to get dressed and come into the restaurant, which I find off-putting. I'm sorry but €8 for a Coke Zero, even for a five-star hotel, is outrageous. It's honestly a lovely hotel and I can't quite put my finger on it but I just felt if they have two dining options:
1. one for people that just want to stay in the hotel that evening and have a casual bite to eat
2. two for people that want really expensive fine dining
I think it would work a lot better.
I honestly wish them the best. As you can see, they are trying. But perhaps it is our fault for choosing a hotel that is centred around fine dining. We just wanted a nice hotel where we could afford to eat breakfast and afford to have lunch and afford to have dinner but found ourselves having to eat out for all of those.

Si veda la risposta albergatoreJ’aime beaucoup cet endroit. Le restaurant comme le bistrot sont excellents, et le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement fabuleux. Les chambres sont confortables, calmes et très agréables.
Le personnel est particulièrement serviable, attentionné et accueillant. J’apprécie également le joli terrain de boules ainsi que la petite piscine, parfaite pour se détendre.
C’est devenu l’une de mes adresses habituelles et j’y reviens toujours avec grand plaisir lorsque je suis dans la région.
L’hôtel correspond à ses 5 étoiles même si la proximité de la rue enlève un peu du charme de sa terrasse mais séjour très agréable grâce à l’ensemble du personnel particulièrement efficace, sympathique et surtout très attentionné tout au long des cinq jours de notre séjour . Ce sont eux les 5 étoiles ! À bientôt lors de notre prochain séjour .

Très bon accueil.
La déception vient des points dessous:
- le petit déj n'était pas inclus dans le prix (au dessus de 200€ la nuit!)
- Climatisation dans la chambre à 19°, alors qu'en extérieur il faisait 35 (à 22h). Pas très écolo, ni agréable.
- Dans la chambre, aucun gadget pour le soin personnel, ou tout autre accessoire qui sont d'habitude mise à disposition de la clientèle.
Donc pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles, hormis la qualité de l'accueil.

Nice, calm location with plenty of parking - so great for those wishing to explore Provence with a car. And only a 15-minute drive into the heart of Aix-en-Provence (and 5-minute drive from the TGV station).
Mon avis est celui d'une femme du midi qui aime un entourage décontracté mais sérieux , la cuisine pour une mééridionale, c'est ce qu'elle va juger avant tout.
