Küche sehr gut
Superbe établissement, avec des chambres décorées avec goût et une literie très confortable. L’accueil est impeccable, que ce soit à l’hôtel ou au restaurant, avec une équipe attentive et chaleureuse. Le spa est bien aménagé et pratique, et les massages sont exceptionnels. Un vrai massage, devenu rare, assuré par des masseuses toujours souriantes. Le dîner en cinq plats, accompagné d’accords mets et vins, est un pur régal dans un cadre splendide. À recommander sans hésiter.

The lady at the check in was not particularly friendly
Everything was great as usual (we have stayed here 4/5 times) We were upgraded to a suite which was a nice gesture but we would have preferred a walk in shower to the enormous bath tub in the bathroom.
Some areas of the hotel need refurbishing like the carpet/dark decor in the corridor and seat coverings in breakfast room
Notre séjour fût vraiment parfait ! Les chambres étaient impeccables, très agréables et confortables. Une jolie terrasse donnant sur des jardins avec deux transats a été fort appréciée aussi. Petit-déjeuner varié dans une salle très agréable. Parking sécurisé.
Tout a été merveilleux au restaurant, les tables joliment dressées, les plats tous extrêmement savoureux et le service chaleureux. Une équipe aux petits soins, les quelques moments passés au bar, joliment décoré aussi avec des serveurs attentifs et chaleureux.
Un véritable havre de paix juste en face de la Basilique.
Sans oublier le spa, piscine intérieure très calme, jolie baies vitrée sur les jardins, eau bien chaude, hammam et sauna. La cerise sur le gâteau fût les massages. Une esthéticienne très professionnelle dans une cabine très zen, un vrai bonheur.
Un grand merci à cet établissement ou nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

The room was good and so was the swimming pool. The sauna was only part functioning and the Hamman did not work at all. The gardens and exterior of the hotel were poorly maintained. The restaurant and wine list was extremely expensive. Service in the restaurant was poor.

Si veda la risposta albergatoreGood and comfortable room with access to indoor pool, spa facilities and garden. Restaurant meal was good at a reasonable price for a good quality 3 course menu. Supplements for some courses at 25 euro seemed expensive given the menu started at 55. If taking all the supplements would have more than doubled the menu - maybe consider how this priced or packaged. Also the breakfast at 25 euro was a little top end although did include a glass of champagne. But not something want to have with breakfast if driving. Maybe an option to not have champagne and charge a bit less? However overall a very good stay with lovely views from the outside terrace with aperitifs of the basilique and inside in the restaurant. All staff were excellent and helpful.
Is a good place on our way back from the alps on our way to Calais and so will no doubt be back to stay. Also good part of the Logis grouping now
A lovely, super comfortable boutique hotel in pleasant and relaxed surroundings, with extremely comfortable beds and bedding (we slept like on clouds), great spa, and an absolutely fantastic restaurant. Convenient parking with lots of space and in the shade of trees at the back of the hotel, entry through the gardens of the hotel, with lovely seating and sculptures. The room and the bathroom were very comfortable, the hotel provides generous and good quality toiletries, we had a beautiful view of the garden. The food was super imaginative with tasty local ingredients, and they catered for my gluten-free diet extremely well, they even had home-baked gf bread. The only thing we missed were a few vegetables at breakfast (which was otherwise of very good quality). They are also very accommodating for dogs, our beagle got his own blanket and food/water containers. We felt very pampered and enjoyed our stay very much and will make sure to stay longer next time.
I gave 4 starts for arrival formalities, because the receptionist was on the phone when we arrived and we had to wait loaded with all the luggage, also at breakfast we were the first ones there and there was no staff at the beginning. But these were not major issues at all.

Petit déjeuner avec tout le nécessaire, allant même jusqu’au pâté croûte champenois et le flûte de champagne ! Qui dit mieux ?!
Excellent séjour dans un superbe hôtel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et le surclassement de la chambre, sans compter la qualité des menus proposés.

Hotel, restaurant et accueil au top comme d habitude. Un seul bemol, dommage que le calme a la piscine / spa, ne soit pas surveille et fait respecte car malheureusement un seul couple avec des enfants a transforme l espace piscine / spa en piscine municipale le vendredi fin de journee.
Si veda la risposta albergatoreGlobalement très satisfaits de notre passage dans cet hôtel. Seuls points à relever: l'emplacement et l'agencement sont pour le moins surprenants pour un 4 étoiles. On a l'impression d'un agencement provisoire un peu "camping". Et pour atteindre les chambres la moquette épaisse du couloir gêne passablement pour faire rouler les valises. Dans la salle de bain, comme pour beaucoup d'hôtels la luminosité est insuffisante pour pouvoir se coiffer et se maquiller avec aisance. Mais pour le reste tout est parfait. Tout le personnel très poli et attentif.
Si veda la risposta albergatoreUn séjour agreable avec un service sans faille. 3 bornes (11kw) de charge pour nos vehicules électriques. L'application n est pas trés intuitive, mais avec l aide des employés nous avons reussi à lancer la charge (44 cts/kwh) plus cher que sur le parking dans la ville (36 cts/kwh). La piscine, le sauna et la hammam sont dans le meme lieu, tres facile. Nous en avons profité pour 2 massages...tres reposant et agreable. Les praticiennes sont aux petits soins. Juste dommage de nous proposer un thé lipton qui denote avec la qualité de l hotel.
Si veda la risposta albergatoreI was telephoned by the hotel prior to my arrival to ask if I would like to have dinner . I advised that I was uncertain of my arrival time but please may I be a tentative for dinner .
On arrival I was told the restaurant was fully booked , subsequently I was called to advise there was a space but by then I had already made alternative dinner arrangements .
there was a party next to the hotel until 1am so I had very little sleep .
all in all I cannot recommnend this hotel.

Le bar et restaurant merveilleux, les serveurs aux petits soins qui prennent le temps de tous nous expliquer et nous accompagner dans nos choix (notamment sur les vins)
Nous avons passé un excellent moment grâce à tout le personnel et vraiment merci à eux !

Le personnel est aux petis soins et tres sympathique.
Très bel établissement. une cuisine raffinée. Cependant n'y venez pas accompagné de votre animal domestique car cela vous coutera 20 € par nuit sans le moindre service ( gamelle d'eau ou plaid ) , même pas l'accès au restaurant ( les notre sont restés en voiture !)
Hotel confortable et detente sur la route du travail, avec de nombreuses attentions.
Parfait pour une nuit étape, sachant que c'est un coffret cadeau
Même la chambre "classique", la plus économique vous donne accès au spa, piscine, jardins et terrain de tennis.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was extremely clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff made us feel truly welcome, and the spa facilities were fantastic. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Overall, it was an exceptional experience.
