Très satisfait de notre séjour (le 3ème) dans cet établissement malgré les contraintes liées au Covid 19 cette année. A noter qu'il serait judicieux d'équiper le lavabo de la salle de bain d'une bonde mobile afin d'éviter de laisser l'eau couler (toilette/rasage...) pour se laver ou se raser ferman

Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel au décor montagnard. Le spa est un vrai plus après une bonne journée de randonnée. Les repas sont variés et de qualités. Nous n'avons pas regretté d'avoir pris la demi-pension.

tout a été bien sauf les dimensions de la douche (il est vrai que je ne soit pas tout maigre mais quand meme)
C est notre 3eme séjour en famille et comme chaque fois, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'accueil est toujours aussi agréable. Le spa après une journée de ski est très appréciable. La situation géographique nous permet de profiter des 2 domaines de ski à proximité.

nous avons été enchanté par l'acceuil et le cadre .super hotel.Le personnel est très sympatique. Le seul bémol revoir le petit déjeuner. Il est bien mais il serait mieux s'il y avait plus de choix. Une note 17/10. Nous reviendrons.

Plusieurs séjours et toujours satisfaits,équipes et restaurant toujours très bien, déjeuner bien mais un peu plus de variétés serait un plus pour séjour long, chambre très bien...l'aménagement de quelques rangements dans les grands salles de bain serait aussi un plus car très propre et sympa mais peu de rangement , la porte du chalet, joue bien son rôle de protection phonique et froid mais est très bruyante ""aux heures de pointes"" lors de l'ouverture/fermeture..

Les Propriétaires et le personnelle particulièrement serviables et agréables Hotel très bien situé Les accès aux pistes par les navets gratuites très appréciable Le massage californienne absolument exceptionnel et professionnel - rien à voire avec des gentils massages dispensés aux divers SPA de ville ou de villages de vacances. Et de la neige même s'il n y a pas en ville il y en a toujours EN HAUT. Merci encore.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet établissement, peut être l'accueil est il un peu réservé, quoique nous n'avons pas eu de questions particulières à poser donc si nous avions eu besoin je pense qu'ils auraient été à notre écoute, par contre le personnel de service est charmant et je RECOMMANDE cet hôtel, nous envisageons d'ailleurs d'y venir l'été, l'ambiance sera sans doute différente, en hiver les clients sont surtout là pour le ski!

Bonjour séjour agréable, le personnel très agreable, la literie correcte, La chambre très bien peut être une amélioration à avoir sur la décoration (rideau et dessus de lit avec un tissu plus moderne), le petit déjeuner très bien.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable pour Noël. La proximité avec plusieurs stations était très pratique et le personnel très gentil et à l'écoute.
Hotel très confortable avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. Personnel très professionnel et agréable.

Bien accueilli et à notre écoute dès la réservation (l'équipe a su nous trouver une solution d'hébergement malgré leurs contraintes dues à la coupe du monde de Biathlon). Le Chalet à bulles est un plus appréciable. On reviendra sans hésitations !
