Je ne connaissais pas mais les très belles suites m’ont fait envie. Et l’offre complète avec repas était plus que parfaite. Une vraie détente avec un environnement plus que dépaysant. Bravo!

La chambre était superbe.
Trop de détails déçoivent dans notre chambre
1/ il nous est indiqué vous avez un balcon vue jardin: OUI, mais crépis du balcon noirci et sale // et terrasse caillebotis bois en mauvais ce qui laisse dubitatif
2/ salle de bain: plafond tâché devant baignoire, un spot mal positionné face miroir, les joints silicone de la jupe de baignoire en mauvais état, et pas de support pour pommeau douche dans la baignoire / bref très décevant
d'autres détails pourraient être ici indiqués, mais nous estimons qu'un établissement 4 étoiles se doit de checker et garder continuellement un niveau de propreté et conserver son image de standing CE QUI N'EST ABSOLUMENT PAS LA CAS
Prima hotel het enige was dat de auto het niet deed en we kregen als compensatie een fan
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Petit bémol, il n’y avait pas de rideau occultant pour la nuit, le matin j’ai été réveillée tôt. La chambre côté route est assez bruyante, même fenêtres fermées.

Very pleasant stay at this hotel. Our room was very comfortable, and breakfast is amazing. Staff very attentive to our needs.
One comment though, the car park is quickly full. Even as a hotel resident, a place is not guaranteed.

Quel charme et quel bel accueil en cet hôtel . Chambre très confortable, calme , vue sur jardin et rivière . Une machine à café Willy dans la chambre Personnel gentil , attentif et chaleureux . Très bon dîner sur terrasse en bordure jardin et rivière . Petit déjeuner avec produits locaux Région superbe . Nous reviendrons !
Très bel établissement.
Un seul bémol: pour les bagages. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur (la jeune fille de l'accueil s'est aimablement proposés de nous aider à les transporter)...
Liked · This was our second time staying here en route from the UK to the Alps, the last time being in the ski season. Very convenient location not far off the motorway. On a road through the small town, but we asked for a room at the back (river side) and it was very quiet. Parking right outside. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are huge, and we particularly like that they have a bath. We were very grateful for the excellent air conditioning as we were there in a heatwave! We travel with our dog, and she loved paddling in the river at the bottom of the garden (in winter this is a raging torrent). Food is excellent. The hotel isn't cheap, but we will return.
Disliked · The main thing I didn't like was the music in the restaurant which was too loud and obtrusive. We did comment about it to the staff but they just shrugged. Why is background music considered necessary? You have to specify breakfast order and time the night before, which feels a bit constraining - you only get one pot of tea and it would be better to be able to help yourself to tea. There isn't a lift, which wasn't a problem for us, but might be in future.
Très bon accueil, personnel à l'écoute. Qualité du petit déjeuner irréprochable. Malgré le double vitrage les chambres donnant sur la rue étaient très bruyantes et ce depuis 4h du matin, passage de camions. La literie des chambres 14 et 15 n'était pas du tout confortable

Nice facilities not far from Geneva, Annecy and Chamonix. Nice village. Large room with high standard. Parking included. Very good and friendly service. Breakfast was really good. Very happy with this hotel overall.
