Nous avons adoré l'emplacement de l'hôtel (exceptionnel !), notre chambre, les dîners et le petit déjeuner, ainsi que la piscine, les promenades dans les vignes ainsi que les visites des alentours.
L'équipe à la réception était extraordinaire : toujours à l'écoute, prête à apporter son aide, toujours souriante et patiente.
Le soin (massage) était également excellent.
Nous allons retourner!
Beautiful hotel with fabulous restaurant, set among the vineyards. Quiet comfortable rooms & delightful outdoor area with lovely views.

The hotel staff didn't offer to bring our bags to our rooms that were far away and without any elevator access. We had to carry several heavy bags up many flights of steps. we are not young and it was dangerous or us. No help was offered on check out.
We reserved 4 hotel owned bikes many days in advance for a day, one was not functional. So one member of our group lost out on a full day of events. Your hotel staff should have pre-checked these bikes. The price paid was too high for just the one bike, when a member of our groups trip was totally ruined by your staffs carelessness. No compensation was offered.
The breakfast was below standards. The room was a bit too dark.

Cet hôtel est magnifique, sont style médiévale, son panorama, son emplacement et ses extérieurs.
Le restaurant est une très belle adresse pour passer un déjeuner ou encore un dîner élégant vue sur les vignes, la cuisine est raffinée.
L’accès se fait très facilement, avec place de parking. Vous pouvez aussi profiter du domaine viticole et de la piscine donnant sur le château.
Notre chambre était la numéro 2, avec terrasse privée vue sur le Mont Ventoux. Agréable.
Cadre magnifique, cuisine excellente et vins superbes. La chambre était grande et comfortable mais un peu vieillotte.
Happy with everything with the exception of the location of our room. The curtains opened up to the pool and its occupants. Hence one could not open up the curtains for the view and sunlight. Make sure you request to not stay in room 1. Besides that we would highly recommend.
Great hotel in idyllic vineyard situation in one of the world’s great wine Regions. Restaurant with excellent French food and maintaining traditional French culinary culture.
Rooms are dated. Cleanliness need improvement. The property has a lot of potential to be excellent.
Das personal wirkte desinteressiert. Es fehlt hier die seele und eine klare führung. Es gab wenige ausnahmen. Die leute scheinen hier nicht wirklich aus freude zu arbeiten, ohne drive. Das zimmer wirde erst nach aufforderung gemacht. Warten auf das einchecken 30 minuten, 50 minuten nach dem offiziellen einchecktermin.

We really enjoyed the room, the location, and the wonderful views! It was often hard to find a member of staff to ask questions to. The front desk often did not have anyone there. When we did find a staff person to talk to, they were very helpful and professional, but there could have been more staff dedicated to just the hotel. The bar was mostly closed during our stay--we would have liked to buy drinks or coffee to take to sit outside or in our room. There was a very strong emphasis on the restaurant and no other real options for drinks or snacks. This would be much improved with a nespresso machine in the room.
Staff has been particularly astonishing, especially assisting me and all the question I had in order to propose to my girlfriend. A truly magical moment in a magical place.
Staff was wonderful - everyone very accommodating- meals were delicious and the grounds were beautiful.

Qq personnes pourraient être invitées à faire un peu d’effort pour se mettre à la portée des clients (le sommelier visiblement froissé par notre divergence sur l’appréciation d’un vin, le jeune serveur (identifiable à sa queue de cheval dans sa coiffure) que nous avons visiblement dérangé pour avoir de l’eau chaude au petit dej , puisqu’il n’a même pas daigné, pour se rattraper, de la porter à notre table à l’extérieur.
Tout cela est très éloigné d’un 4 étoiles.
Pour terminer le tarif à 380€ pour ce qui est présenté comme une suite, est très très surfait
Je ne peux pas juger du rapport qualité/prix puisqu'il s'agit d'un cadeau.
Le cadre est vraiment sublime, le personnel très, très agréable et le diner gastro exquis.

A special mention for Aurelien who greeted us on arrival and was exceptionally helpful. Also a special mention for Elisabeth Doan who hosted an informative wine tasting session and was so delightful in her interactions with us throughout our stay at the hotel. Both staff members gave us a VIP luxury experience that we will remember for years to come.

Special place but needs some updating. We had the top room, no lift so carrying two 50 lb pieces of luggage not ideal. Floors are cold, how about some throw rugs to warm the room up a bit! Still a great place...

What an incredible place and experience at the hotel for a return visit, in particular the gentleman who checked us in (whos name i have sadly forgotten ) was quick, kind, funny and helpful ...thank you so much
