This might have been our favorite hotel of our trip. The room was fantastic, the bathroom spacious, and the grounds simply breathtaking.

Les plus : l'accueil, l'ambiance du bar et de la salle de restaurant, la qualité du dîner et du service et les attentions pour notre anniversaire de mariage. La chambre était confortable et bien équipée, la literie de très bonne qualité. Le jacuzzi au même étage que la chambre.
Le moins ; nous avons regretté de ne pouvoir profiter de la piscine car l'eau était trop froide

Un très beau week-end au château de Sully, un très bel endroit entouré de verdure à proximité de beaucoup de lieux touristiques et de la ville de Bayeux, Port en Bessin, Saint Laurent sur Mer.....Nous avons diné au restaurant où nous avons beaucoup apprécié la cuisine du Chef. De l'entrée eu dessert vous serez conquis par l'élaboration d'une cuisine qui mets en valeur les produits locaux ! J'ai adoré le beurre aux agrumes ! L'équipe est très accueillante et aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est monstrueux et les produits locaux servis sont délicieux ! Une belle expérience à refaire !

Un lieu féerique, très bien entretenu avec un restaurant qui mériterait une étoile!!!
Un barman plutôt excentrique complètement décalé avec le lieu très smart!
Un service moyen au restaurant avec un "manque de classe" pour un des serveurs plutôt pour brasserie alors que le barman est venu débarrasser des tables en empilant les verres, couverts, etc...dans le seau à glaçons manquant pour peu de tout faire tomber.

C'est vraiment le SEUL point négatif du séjour, sinon, décoration superbe avec énormément de goût: un VRAI BIJOU!!!
The property was well maintained and our room was spacious and updated. The staff was helpful and friendly and ensured our stay was comfortable. Our meal in the restaurant was outstanding. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay at the Chateau de Sully!

manca l' ascensore , ma in una dimora storica ci sta , dubbi sulla qualità e servizio del ristorante e della colazione
una maggiore cura zona piscina e qualche mano di vernice non guasterebbe
Le site est très agréable, le personnel est dans l'ensemble très à l'écoute et serviable. Seul bémol, du mobilier un peu vieillot et usagé, la salle de bains aurait besoin d'être rafraichie et la chambre est près de la route où le traffic reste dense même la nuit.
The Chateau de Sully is a beautifull hotel set in wonderful gardens. The staff and owner were exceptionally welcoming and the restaurant food was wonderfull. The location near Bayeux was great for exploring Normandy and the D-Day beaches. We will definitely be back here.
Joli cadeau offert ! Chambre très agreable avec une excellente literie, parc agreable. On a profité de la piscine d'eau salée et du jacuzzi : un vraiment moment de détente ! Petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux et excellents. Et l'accueil au top ! Le petit bémol ; douche très très étroite pour une personne faisant plus de 2 m ! et accès par des escaliers jusqu'au chambre, ce qui peut gêner des personnes mais il y a des chambres au niveau 0.
Excellent accueil, personnel à l'écoute et l'ensemble est conforme à ce que l'on est en droit d'attendre d'un établissement de ce standing.
Les plus : accueil, site très agréable
Les moins : salle de bain à relooker, odeur d'ambiance dans les couloirs , bouteilles d'eau à disposer gratuitement
Before we even arrived, the staff was seeing to our every need. Camille GUEDJ MEIGNEN booked a taxi to meet us at the train station and deliver us to the hotel. She also booked the taxi for us during our entire stay. Every effort was made to accommodate a special diet during dinner and breakfast. We loved the history of the hotel from centuries ago through the use of the property during WWII until today.

Malheureusement le contre courant de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas ainsi qu un équipement de la balnéothérapie en panne, l ensemble mériterait plus de personnalisation.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The food and the service during our dinner and our breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. The staff at the front desk was exceptional. The facility was beautiful.

Quelques fautes cependant pour un hôtel 4 hôtels:
- spa decevant: j’ai demandé les horaires du spa pour faire un sauna, on me les donne sans préciser qu’il faut faire allumer le sauna avant par le staff- je vais donc au sauna à 18h et le trouve éteint, je vais donc au jacuzzi qui sentait vraiment mauvais, je prends finalement une douche, pas d’eau chaude..
- équipe qui semble motivée et soudée mais qui debrief à haute voix de leurs expériences avec d’autres clients
Nous avons été bien accueilli ! Un château très agréable, avec beaucoup de charme ! Des jardins magnifiques et plaisants dont on a pu profiter ! Notre chambre était vraiment spacieuse et bien agencée. Le seul bémol était dans la température de la piscine qui nous a semblé plus froide que l’indication à 28°.

Overall this Chateau Hotel was very nice and a lovely place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay here.
One staff member Camille was fantastic and exceptional, she was the reason for the 5 Star rating on all service subjects.
For improvements low score on bathroom was due to no sink to wash hands in separate toilet, and bathroom fan and one light not working, sink basin also cracked. In the room the carpet was burnt or worn in some areas.
This is a lovely hotel, and a nice place to stay. Please don’t be discouraged by the improvements suggested. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Fabulous stay from start to finish - staff across the reception, bar and restaurant were welcoming and professional; beautiful grounds; spotless, spacious and comfortable room; we had a super relaxing stay.

Les chambres sont petites (il paraît que c’est lié à l’âge du château
The hotel staff informed us at the beginning of our stay that nothing was open past 730 in Bayeux. We discovered this was absolutely not true, from grocery stores to many restaurants. The meal took hours to prepare. We heard from other guests that you were only allowed the 6 pre-fix dishes whether you wanted them or not, but they seemed to modify this at the guests' requests. The sauna was not on and the hot tub was lukewarm. The pool was great. Our room was musty and stank of mold. I had a headache for the entire visit. When we opened the doors for fresh air, spiders came in of course. The air conditioning stopped worked on the second night. While we really enjoyed talking and getting to know the other guests, we are sorry to say that the accommodations were disappointing. The wifi connection was very poor and impossible to work with as it kept cutting out and off.
Chambre sous combles, très sombre. Très mauvaise isolation phonique. Nous avons été dérangés par nos voisins de chambre jusqu’à 2 h du matin durant les deux nuits.
Hôtel au bord d’une départementale au niveau d’un radar ( décélération et accélération des véhicules du durant la nuit).
Pas de distributeur de mouchoir dans la salle de bain ni de miroir grossissant (comme dans les 4 étoiles habituellement). Réserve de papier toilette sur le manche de la brosse aux wc (dans un 4 étoiles…). Nombreuses taches sur les meubles (ronds de verres), mini bar très bruyant qui se met en route 10 minutes toutes les heures pendant la nuit).
J’ai retrouvé trois fourmis dans le fond de ma tasse de café.
De très nombreuses mouches sur le buffet du petit déjeuner (il existe des désinsectiseurs led pour la restauration).
Erreur de facturation à notre départ. On nous facture une bouteille de champagne du mini bar jamais consommée et 6 petits déjeuners au lieu de 4 ( erreurs corrigées par la réceptionniste).
Le personnel s’est bien excusé au petit déjeuner et a l'accueil mais nous aurions apprécié un geste supplémentaire.
Personnel agréable, véranda du PDJ et parc appréciables.
D’après ce témoignage et nos séjours dans des établissements de même categorie, cet établissement ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles.

Très beau domaine bonne cuisine très bon rapport qualité prix. Petit bémol nous n’avons pas pu accéder à la véranda pour le dîner “complet “ bien que l’on avait réservé? De ce fait nous nous sommes retrouvés seuls avec un autre couple dans une salle sans musique car en dysfonctionnement.
Deuxième point décevant par ailleurs nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir que les chèques vacances connectés n’étaient pas acceptés bien que cela figure sur le site partenaire ANCV ? Pas normal.

Camille- Cami - was a delight upon our arrival. Very professional and inviting! Throughout our stay she was most helpful and alwys with a smile. At one point she even had to change the batteries on our door lock! We loved meeting her and having her take good care of us.
Thomas and Christof were also kind and very helpful.

A great hotel in a beautiful location. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. The food is of a very high standard and the location is very convenient for Bayeux and the WW2 beaches.
What a find. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chateau Sully. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel most welcome. Surroundings were beautiful, bedrooms extremely comfortable and well cared for with everything you could need. Evening dinning experience was outstanding. Absolutely delicious food, fantastic service and so comfortable. Swimming pool was wonderful, very relaxing to help unwind after a long drive.
Would absolutely recommend to others and hope to visit again soon.

We were pleased with our room. The breakfast was very good. We had the prestige packet . The food was good, but the wine pairing was not up to par with the food.
