Because of our small size cancellations affect us significantly. Hence the application of these conditions. :
Rooms are available from 15h and must be vacated by 11am.
Booking and confirmation
For room reservations please:
- A confirmation by email or fax
- On the same fax or email your credit card number (Visa, Mastercard), expiration date and the last three digits on the back of the card.
Authorization
Any disclosure of details of your credit card at the Service Reservation Rhodes House, leads to their acceptance and approval from you credit flows in the general conditions of sale.
Deposit
Reservations are considered firm only after the payment of a deposit, deductible at the end of the stay, worth 100% of the first night.
The deposit is paid by credit card when booking a remote flow immediately. If paying by check, the deposit account for the full amount of stay.
Annuleringsvoorwaarden : Cancellations
According to Article N1590 French Civil Code 'guarantees all deposit paid will be fully vested.'
We remind you that in case of cancellation or curtailment of your stay, you can receive insurance benefits and be reimbursed, if you have booked with your credit card. For reimbursement, you must notify your bank within 72 hours after the event that led you to cancel your trip.
Credit cards are concerned: First Visa, Visa Infinite, Gold MasterCard, Platinum MasterCard and American Express.
Cancellation more than 6 days in advance
Should you be unable to honor your reservation, and the only time our reservation was warned six days in advance, by mail, fax or email, the deposit will be refunded.
For the cancellation to be considered valid, it must arrive on time and in writing to our booking service.
Cancellation within 5 days in advance
The cancellation of the reservation within 5 days in advance of the agreed date of arrival, will result in billing and charged to your card 100% of the stay as
