Reserveringsvoorwaarden : To guarantee your reservation, we require a credit card number and reserve the right to pre-authorize your card prior to arrival. No amount will be taken in advance. The payment is made at the hotel after your stay. Please call us in case of late arrival.
Annuleringsvoorwaarden : If a guest cancels his or her reservation, the following cancellation fees are charged:
- A stay of one to three nights: 100% of the room rate if the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the planned date of arrival.
- A stay of more than three nights: 100% of the room rate if the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the planned date of arrival.
- In case of a no-show without prior cancellation, 100% of the entire stay as well as any other services reserved.
The hotel reserves the right to charge 50€ of handling fee for any other case of cancellation apart from the ones above.
