Reserveringsvoorwaarden : To guarantee your reservation, we require a credit card number. No amount will be taken in advance. The payment is made at the hotel after your stay. Please inform us in case of late arrival. Every arrival later than our closing time at 22h will be charged 15€ for each hour. Thank you for your understanding.
Annuleringsvoorwaarden : Reservations can be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival date without fees. Charges will be one night's stay.
Additional information
If a client claims that the service hadn’t been satisfactory or in the absence of a response to his/her complaint within 60 days, all clients are welcome to contact the Tourism and Travel mediator free of charge by referring to www.mtv.travel
