Nous avons passés un bon moment dans cet hotel. Il a fait un peu froid dans la chambre au début mais ça s’est réchauffé. Le personnel était très gentil.

The owners and staff were nice and very helpful. The room had some issues - the closet door was broken and difficult to slide so to access clothes. There was no air conditioning so we had to open the windows but we’re disturbed by the noise outside. The room and bathroom were spacious. The hallways had an automated light that didn’t always come on so they were dark. Parking was available but very tight.

Nada acogedora por qué no se antoja estar ahí. La habitación está fuera y lejos del hotel. Huele a encerrado y se ve vieja. La decoración es con cosas viejas parecen recogidas de la basura sin ningún gusto

We enjoyed our stay with you. The staff was helpful and kind. I thought the rooms could use with some freshening up with the decor. The location is perfect and if ever in Dinan again would stay with you all once more.

point à améliorer: prévoir un parking adéquat aux nombres de chambres(ou possibilité de le réserver sur Booking par exemple) ou solutions alternatives (prise en charge du parking public ...) il n est pas facile de se déplacer jusqu'au parking public avec de gros bagages surtout quand l ascenseur ne fonctionne pas . Grosse chaleur dans la chambre (sous le toit). pour le reste agréable et bon petit déjeuner

Lovely friendly staff but our bed was too hard I had to sleep on sofa 2nd night as back went into spasm. Bathroom too small as bruised hand and elbow using the toilet as banged into radiator or doors. Had to remove clock off wall as too loud to sleep too x

Se si propone un atelier particolare (sia come arredamento che come struttura) diverso da quello delle foto presenti nelle recensioni dei siti come booking la correttezza vorrebbe che venissero fatte vedere bene le foto di come è!!! Dal bagno alla camera. Magari qualcuno potrebbe anche apprezzare questo tipo di alloggio. Sicuramente non chi sceglie la vostra struttura per le foto e la pubblicità mostrata che rimane deluso sotto ogni punto di vista!!!!

Room cramped because of sloped ceiling in attic. VERY NOISY from the street noise from very early in the morning. Location was excellent though. Car park far too small, very lucky to not have my car scratched while parked there. Young receptionist girl was lovely, incredibly friendly and courteous.

A superbly situated hotel in a stunning part of Dinan with parking!! Lovely characterful dining areas with beautiful stone fireplace. The Deluxe suite met all of our needs and we would return without hesitation. Carpets could possibly have been more contemporary to have given more of a wow factor is only observation, otherwise great.

The shower did not work well and the front door lock was hard to use. Otherwise, great stay. The young girl at the reception desk was very nice.

However one negative, there is a gold fish in reception in a bowl far too small for it, Amnesty International should be made aware of this prisoner of conscious. Free "Nelson M"!

Hotel parfaitement situé pour visiter Dinan. Bâtiment avec beaucoup de caractère. Assez désagréable de devoir payer 10 euros pour le parking. Les chambres au RDC sont bruyantes sur une rue pavée. Accueil assez froid. Pas de proposition de surclassement Alors que l’hotel Est vide. Petit déjeuner est pitoyable avec un café jus de chaussette, des crêpes froides et plastiques, des croissants mous, une salade de fruits sortant d’une boîte sauf pour les pommes

L'appartement dans le centre ville ancien que nous avons occupé état très agréable, très bien situé, au calme avec une jolie décoration sur le thème de l'enfance. Un seul bémol : le bruit de la VMC qui est un peu fort ; gênant au niveau de la chambre qui est en mezzanine.

While the location was ideal and the hotel very charming, we found the room to be extremely small. Driving to the hotel was challenging, and onsite parking was very limited. We found nearby street parking and there is a paid lot parking within one block.

C'est un hôtel charmant et très bien situé. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. Arrivés un jour de concert, nous avons été 'télé guidé' pour accéder à l'hôtel. Les chambres sont agréables et il y a possibilité de garer sa voiture ce qui est un plus dans le vieux Dinan.il y a de très bon restaurant à proximité.

The hotel was everything we needed right in the heart of Dinan. Our car was big and we had been advised to park outside the centre which was absolutely fine. The staff were polite and courteous but perhaps a little sad. The breakfast was very good and really pleased to have a kettle in the room.

The hotel met all our expectations. The availability of a parking space was very important to us. It was also so nice to have a lounge to sit in and have a glass of wine, tea or coffee.l

We were there for an overnight stay before getting the very early morning ferry back to jersey. The staff were very welcoming. Our room was peaceful. The shower was excellent. There was some noise from other rooms but it is expected in an historical building.
Milk sachets or creamier cartons would be appreciated to accompany tea/coffee. The previous occupants must have decantered all the shower gel as there was only a little bit of foam.

This hotel is a great and I look forward to staying again. Dinan is so much more peaceful than saint malo for an overnight stop and the nearby restaurant we dined in was superb.
