The apartment includes an equipped kitchen (vitroceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, crockery and cutlery, standard kitchen utensils, Nespresso type coffee machine, kettle) table and chairs, desk, lounge area, bedding 180 (or two twin beds on request), flat screen TV with foreign channels and radio channels, free wifi, hair dryer.
The room will be ready with sheets, duvets (or sheets on request), towels. The linen will be changed after one week of use. Electricity and water included. Access to the pool and outdoor areas. Parking in the village (free parking).
On his departure, the tenant leaves the apartment tidy as on his arrival, and the kitchen and the dishes are completely clean and tidy (and in good condition). The rest of the cleaning of the apartment on the day of departure is included in the price. Possibility of cleaning the apartment during the stay with a supplement of 30 euros per visit.
