Pay on the spot : In order to guarantee your reservation, we ask that you provide us with your credit card number or pay a deposit directly to the hotelier. It is kindly requested to plan an arrival at the hotel before 6:00 p.m. and to warn the hotelier in case of late arrival.
- For reservations subject to a deposit payment, it should be noted that the reservation remains subject to receipt of the deposit within the time limits. Payment is made in full on site by the customer to the hotelier.
Cancellation conditions : SPECIAL COVID: 100% GUARANTEED REFUND OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF YOUR RESERVATION IN THE EVENT OF GOVERNMENT CONTAINMENT OR LIMITATION OF TRAFFIC ON THE DATES OF YOUR STAY.
In case of guarantee by credit card, the free cancellation period is 14 days before the date of arrival. For a cancellation less than 14 days, the amount of the entire reserved stay will be debited!
- In case of guarantee by payment of deposit, these are not refunded in case of cancellation.
- In case of no-show, the total amount will be debited. To cancel your reservation, please use the Logis website: www.logishotels.com and click on: Modify a reservation. The cancellation of reservation is effective upon receipt of an e-mail from us confirming it. In accordance with the provisions of law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, you have a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data concerning you.
However, we strongly advise you to take out our cancellation insurance.
