It is highly appreciated to arrive to the hotel before 6:00 PM and to inform the hotel in case of late arrival. Cancellation and No-Show policy (or shortening of stay in July/August): No charge will be made and/or deposit cheques will be refunded if cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the arrival date (7 days in July/August). In the case of no-show the full amount of the reservation will be charged. You are advised to take holiday insurance when making a booking. For the week end of the Monaco Grand Prix and Ascension the first night of your stay will be charged to the guaranteeing credit card; it will not be refundable.
