Advance payment : 30% of the total amount of the reservation is requested to confirm the reservation.

2 days before your arrival, a pre-authorization of an amount equivalent to 70% of your reservation will be made on your credit card.

Check-in 4:30 p.m.-10:00 p.m. / check-out 11:00 a.m. Please collect your key before 10:00 p.m. The packages (half board, full board, themed stays) are packaged global offers: unused services are not refundable, exchangeable and/or segmentable.
Special provisions for family rooms/suites:
- Billing is always based on the actual number of occupants upon departure.
- Additional beds for children / teenager from 3 to 18 years old only are billed at the price of 27 euros per bed per night. - Baby beds are provided free of charge subject to availability for babies up to 2 years old, beyond a bed Additional payment is provided. Proof of age of children/teenagers must be provided to reception upon arrival. The maximum capacity of each room cannot be exceeded and the customer must inform reception of the number of occupants per night in your room.
Details of additional paid services are available at the hotel reception. There is no credit or refund on meals not taken in board packages. Any stay started is in its entirety.
Animals are not accepted in the restaurant, in the event of cancellation of a hotel reservation linked to non-compliance with this provision, the cancellation is considered to be the fault of the customer and does not may not give rise to any refund or credit.

Stays of more than a week: payment every 7 days is required.
The tourist tax is a tax subject to modification, it is given as an indication, its applicable amount is that at the time of the customer's arrival.

Cancellation without additional costs
- 3 days before arrival during the week and low season
- 8 days before arrival on weekends, school holidays and periods of public holidays and high season.
(High season: school holidays + period from May 1 to September 15)
The deposit is not refundable in all cases.
Late cancellation fees:
- for stays less than or equal to 3 nights the amount of the first night will be debited
- for stays longer than 3 nights the amount of the first 2 nights will be charged
No-show fee: the full amount of the stay.
Any modification of reservation (postponement or displacement) is considered as a partial cancellation of the reservation.
Any stay started is due in full.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

The customer is reminded, in accordance with article L. 121-21-8 12° of the Consumer Code, that he does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code. The Conditions of Sale of the reserved rate specify the terms and conditions for canceling and/or modifying the reservation.
Administration fees in the amount of 15?, plus bank commission fees (from 0.3 to 1.8% depending on the card, of the amount of deposits/down payments debited on booking) will be deducted in the event of possible refund.
In case of change of dates after agreement and confirmation from us, on the same category of room and according to availability, additional costs of 25% of the stay will be applied in high season.
Refunds on reservations paid for in distance selling by credit card are effective 4 weeks after the debit of the card to prevent any possible fraud and opposition.
