In order to guarantee your reservation, we ask you to give us your credit card number or to pay the deposit directly to the hotelier. You are kindly requested to plan for arrival at the hotel before 4:00 p.m. and to notify the hotelier in the event of a late arrival. Check out is at 11 a.m.
- For reservations subject to payment of a deposit, it should be noted that the reservation remains subject to receipt of the deposit within the allotted time. Payment is made entirely on site by the customer to the hotelier.
Cancellation conditions :
In the event of a credit card guarantee, the cancellation period without charge is 48 hours before the date of arrival. For a cancellation within 48 hours, the amount of the entire booked stay will be charged!
- In the event of a guarantee by payment of a deposit, these are not reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
